"We don't want to waste time/money developing on the harder to develop for PS3 when we will get no sales, we would rather optimize and focus on the Xbox 360 version where it will actually sell copies."

I agree. I respect what each company is doing to try and shape the future of video gaming. But I just don't see it becoming more than a cool thing to play once in awhile.
Natal looks like it can do some cool things, but I highly doubt I'll be purchasing.

Probably that an established video game console that has been in the market for a long time (Playstation) is getting it's ass handed to it by a new comer to the market altogether (Xbox).
Regardless whether you think PS3 is getting it's ass handed to itself, you cannot deny the fact it's not doing nearly as well as the PS2 did.
