I'd say it wasn't a leak it was hacked.
And as all Sony fanboys have been told nothing is unhackable. So how could they make it 100% secure.

I don't think Sony will if valve ain't charging. MS will at this point (well maybe not I think dev's can have one free DLC on live) but I think they are gonna have to change their stance on free DLC in the future

Nothing they can really do about lag. Most games are p2p networking so we host the games. Dedicated servers don't have this problem but not all games have them.
Could see faster downloads if they work on it but think it's only really gonna be security their are thinking of at the moment.

The watered down experience really helps valve bring in new gamers to steam.

@vega75 Well everyone who bought a second 360 forgave them. As for the forget part well it never really happens but it does get pushed to the back of the mind. It gets brought back up to counter silly arguements from fanboys (this sentence can be used for both Sony and Ms fanboys)
Seeing as live was down 2 weeks and we don't know fully whats happening Sony's end then I think it's a fair comparison.

Auto log in has been disabled for a fee weeks. It got disabled when the first attacks happened.
Well when portal 2 for ps3 is getting free stuff like the pc version then they might care about steam works.
I think they really do have a big marketing presence in the UK.
I will add that if portal 2 didn't have any online play you'd see totally different numbers.
Most of my mates play xbox 360 but unless the game is gonna be played online it's a pirate copy they get.
