Brink looks like it's more FUN fun. Socom looks more like Tactical fun. So depends which you prefer.

I read the article. That's why I mention the exposure of Socom 4. Any beta that's not total private is exposure for a game. Yeah you mention gears 3 beta but it's more about socom. I don't think there's anything wrong with betas as extras to buy a game. The article should comment more on how that public betas might not be best for game development as most people play them as a demo or complain about things in the game that maybe they shouldn't.
Waste of an article. It's fine until Sony do it then it's work of the devil.
Beta's with games has been happening all generation and now you want to complain.
And the fact that the socom 4 beta is running now means it's getting all the exposure it needs.

my reason would be because I have minecraft but due to old laptop and lack of money it plays like crap. This would be something to play till I get a new pc lol. But thats just me.
You are right but at the moment this would be fun to play.
For the price I don't think you can go wrong. Even something that's only half as good as minecraft is still really good.

I can't believe I forgot about the mode editor. Thought it was supposed to be in the game from the beginning. It was one of the things I was really looking forward to but must have forgot about it when it got delayed and then when I did play it my brain just melted anyway. Now that online seems more stable for me I can't wait for this.

Only problem I have is my PS3 won't connect to psn when I first turn it on even with auto sign-in. If I click to sign in it does it straight away.
Really good article. I suffer from migraines to and was worried that it would cause major problems. Still would have to try it for myself for a day or 2 before I'd buy one (but anyone who suffers from migraines would understand that)

REALLY. I mean really they brought them down or did they just cause a few hours of disruption.
Oh and online is only for 2 players not 4 like the article says. They did say they couldn't try it so a honest mistake I think.
This isn't the first article that mentions the new ram attacks but I'm sure thats been in earlier motorstorms can anyone confirm this for me?
Boosting is a lot better in this one. You can cool your engine while jumping if you let go of power and boost. Makes it more tactical trying to find places that you know you can jump off and cool down to get extra speed. I'm a big fan of motorstorm and I think this one is the best. Some people won't agree cos it has changed since the first one but it's still a motorstorm game.
I'm having trouble with online at the moment but once thats fixed it's gonna be...
Not the main highlight for me. lol but thats cos I suck at eliminators.
