They announced all 3 games at the same time and they have different teams for different games. Type-0 was meant to be for mobile phones but it just grew and grew and now it's on 2 UMD's.

From what Seth Killian said in an interview, the character has to be relevant. So they only put in characters that they have plans for in the comics or in a film.

Dance central is defintely the kinects best game. It's just a perfect fit and I think its the only one that you can learn from. Correct me if i'm wrong. I don't know every kinect game just the main ones so i could be wrong.
