Not this shipped vs sold argument again. They are shipping 10 million copies and with retailers ordering more it means that the sell through is high and there is high demand. Retailers are not going to buy more than is demanded because it's a waste of money and space.
Therefore the sell through would probably be 2-3 million off the shipment value and it would eventually sell through it's initial shipment as well so very Impressive
I've been watching streams and i seriously need this game.
All SE need to do is make a Vita version for the west and i'll be the happiest man alive.
We need a deal like this in europe. Common SCEE
Also if its a PS Vita 3G + Wi-Fi model, a limited edition case, 4GB PS Vita Memory Card, and Little Deviants game for $349.99
A normal 3G version is $300 right so your getting a game, 4gb memory card and a cas for $50.
Pretty good deal and also makes me think that the memory card prices would not be as expensive as it is in Japan
Is that why Uncharted: Golden Abyss is the most pre-ordered game for the Vita in Japan ahead of all the other Japanese launch titles.
IF the digital versions are lower than the retail versions then the retailers will remove your products off their shelves because your ruining their business which is why the digital versions are more expensive.
Sony can't afford their products to be taken away because it will hurt them, not only with games but with peripheral sales as well.
inFamous 2 was also £50 when it released.
No it's not exclusive but PS3 version has cross-platform play with PC
Yes let's blame Japan even though you haven't seen how much it sold in NA since you have to wait for NPD.
If you're using VGchartz then it only sold 10K more than Forza 3 in NA. Not the biggest of increase in the land where 360 is King.
Looking at this weeks top 10, included are:
Dead Island
FIFA 12
World Soccer Winning Eleven 2012 (PES)
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
NBA 2K12
Yes hardly any good games at all

Doesn't work for me but here's another one.

The game looks amazing.
New colour doing wonders for the 3DS and we haven't even hit the holidays yet
PS3 looking to stabilise around 25K but not for long since the holidays are round the corner.
PSP is decent but Type-0 is out in Japan so it should see a boost next week.
PS2... Immortality
The strong Yen wasn't hurting them during the Wii and DS's glory days but it is now since they are not selling as much as back then.
But what can you do, it's affecting a lot of Japanese companies not just Nintendo but wow at $1.2 Billion.
Nintendo's report is out tommorow so we'll see the real figures.
I don't play FPS but the way people complained about Killzone 3's ending in here suggests to me people still care about the SP campaign.
Japan loves their new colours. 20K increase is a lot with no new software.
I plan to get to get a 32GB so i'm not that bothered but they should come out with a confirmation because it's confusing at the moement.
Why did htey make it the same art as the official PS3 version. It will just feel like a knock off IMO.
PD, The support KING
"Kart Space I/II of the DLC will become drivable with cars other than Karts in the online lounge and free run of Practice."
You know what that means. Photomode Time!
I love well done cutscenes. I have a save file in FFXIII just before the cut scene where they return back to cocoon. It's so good especially in 1080p.
Only 10% for Japan and they always win EVO.
I think the arcade scene in America and Japan are big which is why they are so good and account for a large amount of the fanbase. I watch a lot of the american/japanese tournaments on streams but hardly see any UK or european ones.
I really want this game to do well. I love the idea.
I normally read articles but that is one long wall and its late so if anyone can summarize it, that would be helpful.
It's looking good for Sony and there are still more exclusive games coming out to boost sales even more.
Last year the 360 and PS3 both did the same numbers in the last quarter of the year due to Kinect really pushing the 360.
The Kinect effect won't be as strong as it was last year IMO so this, along with the price drops and exclusives could shorten the gap.
