You can't really compare because they make most of their own big games they don't get some huge influx from 3rd party.
PS3 was freaking expensive and personally my PS2 was still great.
Wii U is a fine and fun system that still plays most games pretty well. It's the company that has done it injustice with giving it a terrible name, doing terrible marketing (when there was any), terrible timing and not getting their big games out fast enough.

Good post, totally agree. No information creates no excitement and no hype. 3D World is a perfect example. Major titles supposedly coming soon yet no information or release dates. Nothing but secret projects and silence. This does not help at all.

Sure some of these guys seem obsessed with posting negative news with an anonymous source. Probably the same ones too broke to buy a Wii U and want it cheap on android.

It's stupid of them not to make an exclusive for Wii U to try and boost sales of the unit thus expanding their own customer base. Sometimes you have to actually put some effort into it. While its true few even knew Wii U existed last year that is changing now. Unfortunately due to negative press but at least it's in the news.

Yeah this is one that is so bad it's hilarious. The graphics are so inconsistent, the whole thing seems like a disaster but yet be funny to play and laugh at somehow if it were 5 bucks.
Next article will say it only runs at 30fps 720p though.

Not sure why anyone would consider WiiU or 3DS being "dumped". Sony and MS haven't dumped their last gen consoles. They're porting most games to both and killing it in software sales by doing so.
Geez we have all read this same rhetoric 50 times lately under different authors. It's just ridiculous. You aren't getting Nintendo on anything but Nintendo. The Wii U (thanks to terrible marketing, name choice, and zero foresight into Sony and MS making new powerful consoles) is not doing so great but the company as a whole is fine. If you want to play Nintendo games so bad get off your ass and go buy one. If not find something better to do than copy and paste the last 34 articles ...
Well it does have it's niche. It is the family and kid friendly console. It is the Nintendo game franchise console. It's a fine line but who really wants their kid blowing heads off in COD or something? Regardless, it's being allowed to happen and that is what has changed a bit.
