And to be clear why its a failed assessment:
1 - Games are a product. However, the story may be artistic and can be told as the writers/developers direct. Art direction can also be artistic.
2 - Consumers can petition what ever the heck they want to. Without consumers, there is no cooperate growth or product advancement. Further, what else can one do in a post purchase environment? (The folk who are petitioning already purchased the game... not much t...
The ugly is wrong. The ability to skip the cinematic events are in the options menu.
Secondly.... why in the world would anyone want to skip a Yakuza cut scene unless your on you third playthrough?.
Yes the camera is out of control for the first hour.. but you get very use to it. The game is fun and I'm very glad I picked it up. Running and Gunning through it now! :)
Another ME3 assessment fail by a developer....
Another writer that did not do their homework around the issue/why gamers were miffed and bewildered at the ending.
(Hint spend an hour in the Bioware forum: http://social.bioware.com/f... )
Ps3attitude, please incorporate 'subject investigation' in your opinion pieces ... who knows, your opinion may change. :)
Ok - I got you. You're talking about in-game assets.
And I agree.
However we did get a preview into what is to come.
MAG brought us 200+ MP maps with pretty large real-estate to play on. I have to assume that this will be the norm in the future. Enemy AI, flanking logic has been very impressive within the Uncharted series as well as BatMan AC. Again, I think this too will be the norm in the future.
Loved No more heroes and Asura's wrath!
How do you improve mechanics beyond what was presented this gen?
(Outside of brain response relay or ...simply auto play)
I'm with you. However the evidence associated with the indoctrination theory is overwhelming. I was very ..Very.. disappointed in Bioware following the ending of ME3 (Primarily because I could not understand how 6 years of excellent writing within a wonderfully immersive universe could be undone in the final 10 minutes of the trilog.
However immediately felt incredibly trolled by Bioware after see a couple of well done indoctrination theory posts on You Tube.
Its very likely that the ****spoiler ****

Indoctrination ending was planned all along. Followed by the DLC conclusion.
******End of Spoilers *******
Lets just hope that we are not charged for the privilege to see the ending through.
Sully always comes out with a little something. Additionally, I recall them scoring pretty big in the first game (thanks to Sully).
I think you missed my point: If you followed ME1 and ME2 with great care the DLC is a must have. In fact, its canon history of the Prothean race, coupled through 8 - 10 verbal exchanges, 1 DLC mission, and a playable Prothean (with custom dialog) throughout the remaining 80% of gameplay.
the extract costumes are indeed a bonus.
The sad truth is that this is a must buy for any ME fan.
The DLC should have been offered for free with the $60.00 purchase.
Try to get through Mars using Kinect and then get back to me.
It has it's place... but not as a replacement for controlled contact interface.
Yep. It appears to rolling down hill now.
That's a good thing all.. the inference is that it's not struggling to make its mark .. or better said, the 3DS is cruising now.
My son and his friends are enjoying the heck out of it.
I'm really enjoying the Vita and look forward to Gravity Rush as well as other games that will help it hit the mark.
Yes. Take my money!
I will be waiting in line for this.. much like I did for the PS2.
Yep. I loved the game concept when they first introduced it. Can't wait to pick this up!
Waiting for these!
You and me both.
YOSH!
Thanks man! you made my day/night. It looks like the indoctrination has a lot of baring on the 'current' ending. And, after watching the similarities.. and playing the ending again, it make sense.
You links provide further clarity that this this is the case.
I have to believe that Bioware/EA is trolling us.
- The real ending was scheduled for release as paid DLC
- Bioware/EA does not want to give us the real ending for free
- as a result, we are now presented with a free 'explanation' of the events that we witnessed in ME3 so that we can be prepared for the 'at cost' real ending DLC.
This all sucks! Just look at the eyes! ...
