The console Dev Kits is a conformed PC.
The console DEV kit is also the 'working' console spec.
If 'said' game runs on the DEV kit, then said game runs on the console unless something drastic changes...however see statement A).

Some of the current state PS3 graphics are eye-popping.
You know as well as I know that there can never-be a one to one comparison.
A) The PC's brute force will always out pace consoles (at a cost).
B) Console specific configurations will always deliver the most bang for you buc while providing developers with a constant baseline.
However, to answer you question for the PS4 (at this very moment): yes.

The PS4 will be revealed tomorrow along with a host of other fantastic offerings (with out charging for on-line access).

I have said it before - Sly 4 is the best Sly game to date.
All fans young and old should pick this up and enjoy a very good ride while supporting the game/franchise and the development group.

- The Japan Philharmonic Orchestra performs beautifully.
- The game play is classic but yet not tiresome
- The story is not new (but what story is?) however equally refreshing.
Again, its a very beautiful game.
I really hope we see more from Studio Ghibli and Level 5! Note sure who's vision this was, but it works.

EA/Bioware can start by closing out ME3 with a definitive 'live' option just like they did in ME2. Nothing like banking on a disgruntled fan base for the success of your next project.

A prequel is useless when considering the ME3 ending. .... we all know how it ends. Its the primary reason why the DLCs are disappointing. Of course, I'm commenting from a story-driven perspective.
