Good/Fair review impulsegamer!
I have a few more chapters to go. The combat in this game is greatly improved on the previous titles.
Really enjoying the story and looking forward to how its going to play out in GOW4.
Very good zoks310!
plus bub!
Have you played it..
or better put: Are you playing it?
I am and the review isn't very far off from my opinion.
You're spot on Mikeyy.
I'm a PC/PS3 gamer.
I upgraded my PC to run The Witcher 2 on ultra settings a couple of years ago.
The total upgrade cost was roughly $600.00 (Upgraded Graphic card, power supply (for graphic card) and memory). And I'm confident that it is now out of date for high-end PC optimized gaming.
This would never be the case for dedicated console gaming two years out. Further the PS3 has shown absolutel...
@TechnicianTed
Will do and +bub for the recommendation.
You answered a question that I failed to ask:
"Does Thief 3 hold up?".
I'll be sure to grab it.
@TechnicianTed
I wasn't aware of that!
Sadly, I didn't play Thief 3. I loved the first and then went on a console binge for many years.
Only recently coming out through steam 2 1/2 years ago.
@Irishguy95
Your right... so right.
Which is why I was cautious to type what I did.
I love immersion as much as the next guy. I just want an option (I know its a cop-out).
Kind of like: seeing the edge vs knowing the edge.
Either way I'm looking forward to seeing what Eidos will deliver.
Yes.
However I would greatly like a third person option... oddly enough, for stealthy games like this, it makes me feel more safe.
By the way, Deus Ex was the most fun I had in FP perspective in a very long time.
Look every one!
Another fair/good critical review.
Further: Lets be sure to vote accordingly to WTF other sites that fame out low scores for site hits.
However, This MTV review is not one of them. I repeat: This was a fair/good review.
I'm loving this game by the way.
Let's clean up N4G together!
Thanks. I'll try to hang out a little more in team deathmatch.. and not be reason my team loose.
Good/Fair review. Currently making my way through the Main Story. I don't want to touch the MP until I through.
.. I know I'm going to get my rear handed to me. Looking forward to getting in a few victories along the way.
I agree!
Yep.
I have 'black listed' this site on so many levels.
@ Caud-Villian
My comment wasn't an argument around taste.
It was statement centered around:
- Measurable advancement based on current industry standards that were praised by industry experts.
I appreciate your comment.
I would be honestly surprised if MS or Sony (to a lesser degree) will have similar issues this gen.
Your under-appreciation of what Sony has shown so far is antithetical to a every developer comment on record, any real gamer (who's not afraid of owning and PS3 and an Xbox) and your childhood's imagination.
If your finances and/or current loyalties sides you with MS then so be it.
Just stop the unnecessary slight at each turn on the road and look forward to the next piece of information from MS.
If I have wronged you then please...
Reading Clash of Kings?... or just watched the second season of Game of Thrones?
Regardless, I'm with you. I will be hanging out at the local Gamestop with my cup of joe on launch night.
Pre-ordering it as soon as its available to do so. and taking off of work the following day.
By the way party people!
I'm loving GOW Ascension.
If GOW 3 was a disappointing game for you then you're not a fan of the genre nor a fan of the GOW franchise.
GOW Ascension is every bit the technological achievement that GOW3 was.
However, it provides clarity for the past. Most folks are frowning on it because the game is not center on whats next for Kratos.
Its impossible.
You will loose some sleep over the next few weeks.
Thieves in Time can be enjoyed in chunks. Each chapter can be knocked out in a setting or two without you felling forced to continue.
Here is what I did.
1 complete Ni No Kuni (not sure if you are going for the plat ).
2 Once you start GOWA it will be hard to put down...so start with Sly and get a couple of hours in to get a gest of the story.
