Agreed, a couple of the boss fights become very difficult. I was like what the hell is this a rougelike and no one told me, lol. I think the Platinum is off the table for this one as it requires a hardest difficulty setting run and that's not happening for me.

All consoles have slow periods, arguably series x/s has been in a slow period since it launched. I've only had my PS5 for about four months now and that was thanks to a gaming buddy who actually lives out of state from me and was able to grab one through Target and ship it to me. I'm of the same opinion I absolutely love my PS5 not only for what it provides now but for what I know Sony is going to deliver in the coming months.
That's just it, for all the "no new games coming for the end of the year" trolls and naysayers the fact remains you know when it comes to Sony the games will come and those games will be stellar, never a bad time to buy into Sony's gaming present and future.
