This is by far one of the best articles I have seen on here for a while. I also enjoy reading the comments without having to run into any fanboyism.

The games should be cheaper, because they do not come with a case, dvd, manual or any other variable costs normally figured into their profit margins.
They should also be cheaper, because you can't re-sell them or trade them in. Sure, they might not be worth much as a trade-in, but they should at least be discounted by $10.
Too many GH games; too close together. The really need to space them out a little more.
360 here
I have a 360, and I love squeezing those extra few points out and getting a full experience from every game.
I remember before there were trophies, and PS3 owners would bash on achievements for one reason or another. Now that the PS3 has trophies, they are singing a different tune.
I like the idea of awards with trophies, and the 360 is going to be doing the same thing with avatar clothing, props and other stuff.
I also think that, for the most part, HHG...
I can't believe that this article was even approved
Technology that benefits everyone is better. I have a 360 and not a PS3, but if this is across multiple platforms, more developers will choose to use it. The end result is a better experience for everyone.
Who gives a crap?
It's about time!
Almost believable, except for the fact that MS will not allow gambling of any kind.
I am simply choosing not to purchase this game. I believe that what they are doing is wrong, and that they will eventually offer the functionality for free.
As consumers, we have the power to make a statement by not buying. Gaming demands have changed, and developers need to react in tandem with those changes.
Gears 2 came with a code to unlock maps with a new game purchase. Capcom kept the price point pretty low, but it will still be a barrier for a lot of people - either monetarily or psychologically. Can you even buy a 400 point MS card?
It is just too much functionality to be able to buy as DLC. The content is already on the disc. New maps that are not already included on final discs are a solid reason for DLC. Half-ass developers releasing games full of bugs because they know they can just patch it later, paying for DLC that is already on the disc, and skyrocketing price increases for DLC have made me purchase less games and less content. I am moving on from gaming, as it just gives me a headache now.
Never will be GOTY, not even close. What a moron!
Just because the PS3 has Blu-ray, doesn't mean that it has better graphics. 360 has Live, and the PS3 cannot compare. I have both, and I rarely play my PS3. Xbox Live is so much better. The graphics are so much better for games like GOW.
I had my original xbox for a couple of years before modding it so I could use Xbox media center, and download games. I was happy that I decided to download games rather than pay for them beacause some of them were pretty horrible and I only played them once.
There are several reasons why I did not do that with my 360. Of course Live is the main reason, but also the fact that most games come out with a demo, and I can find out that way that I do not like the game. If that was avai...
I lent mine to my girlfriend so she could take it to work today, and then she said it was frozen. I thought she had somehow broken it and I would have to buy a new one. Hope everything starts working again after the new year.
Scene It has a menu option for downloadable content, but they just released the newest edition and never released any. Sure would have been nice to have some new video clips and/or questions. I am pretty sure that the box promised downloadable content.
I have used Tversity for years, and have been very happy with it. I will try this out just to see.
