Exactly. You get the entire point I'm expressing through this editorial. That's the problem I have with Sony right now. Their entire customer service structure is ridiculously bad. Microsoft offers you 3-years and all you need is a manufacture date on the back of your 360 -- you don't need a 3-year old receipt.
Five years ago, a company like Sony would have cared with the PS2.
Despite most of that being true, it has absolutely nothing to do with the editorial. Why waste a bubble with that garbage?
Would you at least read the feature? It would save you the trouble of asking stupid questions like this.
1. The list is directly related to only NEW faces of this generation of gaming.
2. Half of the listed characters are also on the 360.
Lol @ Taking what I said completely out of context.
Way to go. I'm not going to bother any further.
And who said anything about genres? Lol. Don't recall talking about a game's genre at all.
You have a good one.
MGS4 IS an interactive movie. That does not mean you must interact during cut scenes (which is something you could do anyways in MGS4. Any time you can move the camera or press a button to inspect something during a cut scene is an INTERACTION with the game -- something MGS4 DID include). Your comment loses all credibility when you don't know something like that ;)
I refer to both MGS4 and UC2 as "interactive movies" because both games feel like you're playing the game ...
We don't give scores on reviews at PlayStation University. We prefer for those who read our reviews to make their judgments and base their decisions on what's actually written opposed to what number the text is accompanied with.
It's an idea that isn't always looked at in a favorable way, but I prefer to keep it that way. It will cause some people to just skip over us, but the gamers who care enough to read to educate themselves on what we thought of the product, will read it.
I loved MGS4, a lot. I played through it 2-3 times. While it was an amazing interactive movie experience, a lot of the "Wow" factor was lost due to early trailers showing a lot of the "Oh s***" moments.
Actually, I own both Gears titles, Mass Effect, and Halo 3.
I've beaten all of them (numerous times). I stand by my opinion on Uncharted.
I agree. I love the Aliens franchise and if the game ended up looking anything like the concept art, it could have been pretty stellar.
Yeah, I can't wait to see more from this title.
Yeah, I didn't include Braid or Castle Crashers because both have pretty much been confirmed/announced for PSN.
I wrote the article. I can confirm 100% that this article was held onto in order to increase traffic and hits. I won't deny it. But I can also confirm that I have talked to an individual who has done work on ALL three of these titles and has confirmed their existence. Two of them are expected to be shown at TGS "for certain" (Grandia/Ar Tonelico), while he expects that Legend of Dragoon 2 has had footage taken for a demo reel that he believes will be unveiled at TGS.
I ...
where the older and proven fake image was shown? I've looked all over for this a fair bit, but couldn't find anything on it. I don't want to promote this if it is indeed old and fake, so could someone give me a hand please?
The HipHopGamer has seen the VGA Trailer already. This is a legitimate screenshot and HHG is highly credible, IMO.
Overlord, that response is what you'd call "PR Spin." The truth behind this matter is that ISPs worldwide have been trying to find ways to implement this exact experience behind closed doors without the knowledge of their subscribers knowing. The reason why the Burkett comment was taken so harshly is because this was the first instance where an ISP exec came out to the forefront to make the claim. It was a bold move. To honestly believe that they'll give people who don't pay a spee...
Fishy, I'm trying to contact NoUseMerc for it right now. He's the one who supplied the images, so he'll most likely know. I'll send you a PM once I can get a link for you.
Yeah, I'm hoping the sniper rifle makes an appearance as well.
I know some guns are Helghast/ISA, but I wrote the piece in terms of always being in an ISA persona, thus why I always referenced taking down the Helghast scum! Lol...Thanks for the feedback.
It's all opinion man...They are entitled to their own...don't hate.
Yeah -- I see the point of your comment with Microsoft IMPROVING their sales in September from last years numbers. Really shows the consumer isn't willing to buy their product because they know they're protected by that golden warranty.
