There won't be any difference. The difference between 12TF and 11TF is very negligible and multiplatform games won't see any difference.
Maybe if it was 2TF vs 1TF, you'd see a difference because one would be twice as powerful as the other, but a 1TF difference when both consoles are above 10TF is so little, it might as well be 0.
Also, from this rumor, it seems the PS5 has a little extra power they can tap to and increase it to 13TF if needed...
It's better than 7th gen or before, where games released the exact same way, but they could never fix them. Games were releasing just as broken back in the days, but today people are spoiled by patches, so they have no ideas how broken games were back then.
I'd rather have a oracle of seasons and oracle of ages remake instead.
And as usual, they will massively overprice those video cards and a lot of people would need to sell a kidney just to afford one.

This is just not a game for me. I am just not the creative type. I know there is a campaign, but it's not significant enough to warrant a purchase when the main part of the game is the creative part. I felt the same way with LittleBigPlanet.
@Septic Sony does have competition ... it's Nintendo. Everyone sane realized a long time ago that Microsoft simply can't win against Sony no matter they do. The only ones who still think they have a chance are the hardcore Xbox fanboys. Even Microsoft realized it since they tried to change the narrative by saying google and amazon are their competition.
@Septic No one knows who has the power advantage. No confirmed specs are out for either console. If anything latest rumors point to Sony having the advantage.

In less than 2 months, we'll be playing this game. It releases on Good Friday (the friday before easter) so having the day off for this game is perfect.
That's because in USA and Canada, digital and physical is exactly the same price at release.
Digital is only more expensive in Europe, Australia and other countries.

It's actually easier for FF IX now, contrary to what the article says. The speed increase makes the game plays at x3 the speed, but it doesn't actually make the timer go faster, so it makes getting there in 12 hours a lot easier.
No one actually knows except Sony, but it's very likely that's the case. I wouldn't count on PS3 being possible. PS1 and PS2 might happen because they're old and incredibly easy to emulate, but not the PS3.
