Ubisoft fought off Vivendi because they wanted to remain independant, so Microsoft can't acquire them because they wouldn't want to sell. Bungie isn't happen either because they left Microsoft and then they split from Activision Blizzard to go back independant.
WB Games is remaining with AT&T for now.
Also, Microsoft can't buy a good japanese developer like SE, Capcom or others because none of them would sell to Microsoft because they ...
As if Breath of the Wild was even original.
It's not big deal to me. I don't use a mic and I always mute everyone as soon as I enter a multiplayer game. Also set my account so that no one can send me messages and no one can send me friend requests either.
@NEXUS-6 I already have a X900F. Can't do 4k/120fps, but it can do 1440p/120fps, should I should be able to play 120fps games at 1440p. I got it 1.5 year ago, so I am not planning to change it already.
Wow, this is like Code Vein all over again. You keep talking about it, but you never give a release date.
The fact that they're charging full price for Early access is what prevent me from buying it. It's only 1/3 of the game and it's full of bugs and glitches. Usually, early access is cheaper. They got too greedy this time.
They showed an in-engine footage of the PS5 version. It's rumored that it uses a new and different engine than the PS4, Xbox One and Xbox Series X versions.
Good. This was a problem on the PS4 version ... not only that, but the fact that there was loading screens everywhere.
@crazysapertonight The difference between the Series X and PS5 is so small that whatever the Series X can do, the PS5 can too.
As if the numbers would be different if you had a sample size that was 50 millions. Xbox fanboys really are holding on to false hope.
"All of these updates will be automatically implemented on the system side, starting later tonight (North America) / tomorrow (Europe). "
In North America, the night has come and gone and the change still hasn't been implemented. Good job Sony.
Steam has been doing it longer.
They started adding motion controls.
Funny how people were complaining even today that we didn't have any infos on some important things ... now there is a teardown video and I bet people will still complete. Patience, there is still a month left, the UI reveal and everything else will happen before November 12th (probably in October).
Yes, Microsoft did send the consoles to journalists ... only for them to only be allowed to show how old games run. Microsoft is selling you a console to play past games.
@boing1 Most Wanted was also pretty good ... not surprising, it was also made by Criterion.
Ghost games doesn't compare to Criterion.
All of those were pretty much making games for Playstation only aside the 1 or 2 games over the last decades. Sony was building relationships with those studios for years and those studios made a lot of games for them.
That's different then Microsoft, who just come around and buy whatever they want.
Also, expect Sony to buy Bluepoint and Housemarque in the future. Those 2 almost exclusively make games for playstation and Sony has been building a relat...
This is a short game that takes 15 hours at most to get the platinum trophy and it has no replay value. I don't think it matters in this case.
@bathyj it baffles me that people can pay $20 or more for a collector edition of a game that 99% of the time, include worthless junk, yet they don't want to pay an extra $20 for the special edition of a game that include another full game.
@YodaCracker that's what MS is trying to tell themselves because they know they'll never beat Sony no matter how hard they try. The truth is, they are competing with Sony no matter how much they try to deny it. They're not much competition for Sony though.
