This ad was pretty good. Microsoft did a good job with this ad so kudos to them.
The shadows look a bit rough but the Lighting looks fantastic.
Is this comparison for the PS2 version of ShadowFall. I mean instead of 1080p version comparison, we are getting tiny low res images that don't even show the quality clearly =/
Anyways, the revamped lighting really adds a lot to the new build. I won't ever call this a downgrade, it is a visible improvement. But again, we really need a 1080p comparison to actually spot any visible difference =/
Can't wait for it. Hoping that it gets released here soon.
JRPG is pretty much alive and well. The question is: "Will Final Fantasy XV rejuvenate the series?"
Answer: TOTALLY! Nomura and Tabata can never let us down.
That would require a PS4 and Xbox One ;)
The offer started back in August and ended on 4th September. Lets hope Sony introduces something similar with the launch of PS4.
I got $5 since i only referred one of my friend but still free $5 is good enough :)
Minor aliasing issues aside, the lighting, the environment and the graphics all come together to make this one of the best looking launch game for PlayStation 4.
I think they are using MLAA for aliasing here.
This shot was just breathtaking and to think this one is from multiplayer :o

There is a lot of compression in these shots, sadly. I can't wait to get official uncompressed shots. This seriously looks AMAZING!!
I guess they were telling the truth when they said that Order: 1886 E3 footage was all real-time.
TGS 2013 build is actually older. GTTV one is the latest.
It might as well be a glimpse of what's to come of the next generation and the 1080p standard.
@Torchic:
“Yes, I think I can tell you that we’ve already entered that phase,” Hashimoto says. “However, the engine itself is not yet fully finished, so we’re not working on anything full-time. Right now arrangements are being made as we prepare to work using the real thing.”

For their sake, i hope they release it soon and i personally can't wait that long.
As for the Luminous Engine part, i distinctly remember it being mentioned in one of the interviews with either Shinji Hashimoto or Nomura after E3.
Back during FF XIII, they were developing Crystal Tools and FF XIII simultaneously hence the prolonged development cycle for that game.
Edit: Just curious, when do you expect it to release? Next year? Can you g...
Not completely baseless. They did say something similar regarding FF XIII even though it might as well be related to its troubled development.
At best, i expect a late 2014 release for FF XV and at worse, sometimes in 2015 for Japan and 2016 for West unless they launch it Worldwide simultaneously.
Remember, even FF XV is using an engine which is in development just like FF XIII. Luminous Engine is not ready yet and is still being worked on.
This comment made me chuckle :D
I want this game! Here's hoping if it comes, the VITA version does as well.
The ending definitely left me asking for more.
Yep. The build shown in new trailer hasn't made its way to public yet.
Toriyama, lol
There wasn't any evidence required at all, lol. It was all BS anyways.
I mean Network issues causing COD: Ghosts to run at 720p on PS4... really?
