Considering most anti-cheats are borderline rootkits it's no surprise. Windows API hooking doesn't exactly work well in linux. Chances are it'll be detected as running in a virtual machine before the anti-cheat can even kick in in the first place.
Who would have thought? A game that was based on the mobile version to begin with has leftover functions that can be called if you know what you're doing. This is common practice if you're a developer. The game itself is a dumpster fire, but this has absolutely nothing to do with it.

While I do agree, keep in mind the N64 is a total pain in the ass to emulate. Emulators today still do not run every N64 game properly. BigN should at the very least be able to make a better emulator considering they understand everything about the system they created.
