Nah. After seeing Guild Wars 2 and TERA, there's no reason to play that ugly shitty stale mess of a game.
This game is destined to fail.
Duh, it's an MMO? Looks like Cryptic is on par to mess up another IP! How do they keep getting work?!
Meh. Might get this on PC or something if it's cheap. It doesn't look like anything too spectacular. I thought it was awesome when it was first announced but the more I hear about it, the less good it sounds. Plus, no local co-op? That's the only reason I'd get it on console. Stupid to leave that out, this seems like the perfect game for it. Oh well, hopefully War in the North will fill that role better.
Depends what you didn't like about it. If you played the first on 360 and you didn't like the controls, combat or how poorly it ran or the inventory management then all of that stuff is much improved. If you played the first on PC it was SO much better than the 360 version it was stupid, so if you didn't like that version because of the story or characters or conversation system or something then that stuff wont change.
There are certain aspects of the first Mass...
The first wont be since Microsoft owns the publishing rights, and they wont upgrade the graphics on the PS3 version. If anything, they'll be worse since the game runs on unreal 3, and every single unreal 3 multiplatform game released on the PS3 looks worse and runs worse than on PC and 360. Not a "fanboy" comment it's just common knowledge.
I'm sure the bonus content wont be anything new, probably just DLC that was already released, or at most, some crappy story intro that would never make up for playing the actual first game. I would be more disappointed than excited. Besides, anyone with half a brain would have already played the first two games instead of waiting for a much delayed port of the SECOND game and not even the first. I don't even see a point.
Wow, that comment sounded really ignorant. The entire RTS genre does not revolve around StarCraft. Try testing the waters outside of your Blizzard safety net and play something fresh and original. Who knows, maybe you'll actually like it.
I always find it funny when Blizzard fanboys only play Blizzard games. They are missing out on so much more from gaming, particularly in the case of StarCraft 2 which is almost identical to its predecessor. It offers nothing new, no inn...
Penumbra was awesome, this could be really good.
I've always liked Raiden, I don't care what anyone says...
Haloed be thy name? Hahaha
Looks meh. Graphics aren't bad but the voice acting and story stuff looks pretty cheesy. And it's obviously trying to capitalize off Assassin's Creed fame.
Yeah, cause Uncharted 2 isn't a stale third person shooter, and God of War's gameplay is so much different from the PS2 ones, and Killzone 2 isn't a stale FPS with fratboy space marines. And Gran Turismo isn't just a boring racing sim. Oh wait, all of those things are true.
I own a PS3 and I love it, but your argument is stupid. There are tons of PS3 games that are just as stale as everything else out there. You're either really naive or a really blind fan...
I have a 360 and don't own a single Halo game nor will I ever.
I also have a PS3 and I wont ever buy Gran Turismo.
I play games that are good, not games that are popular. The two don't equal the same thing.
This game is shit anyway, everyone in beta knows that. And if you actually like the beta then you are clearly in denial because whatever typical tween "Final Fantasy 7 changed my life, Aeris is the first girl I ever loved blah blah blah I had no friends and Cloud was my best friend, that game was the only thing that understood how I felt at the time" story you have, you try to convince yourself that the series is the best thing in the world when, clearly, it's not. Nor has the e...
I have a prediction. It'll play exactly like the first part of StarCraft 2, which is exactly like the one from 12 years ago.
Jesus you sound like one of those people who buys every Call of Duty and every Halo game that comes out. Not everyone likes to play the exact same game over and over. Who cares about sales? Do you work for Bioware? What does it matter at all to you if the game sells better than Fallout 3?
Not every RPG has to be a big open world buggy glitchy mess with shitty graphics on a shitty engine where the people look like squared out retards. Dragon Age is fine as it is. They don'...
Let's see, they took away everything good about the PC version, forced you to play a boring human and added it full of stuff from Mass Effect even though Dragon Age was your best selling game of all time? That makes sense.
Fuck the console kids, Bioware. Seriously, stop pandering to them, it's making you look bad. You had more sales on the PC than on either console. That's a good thing, why are you looking at it as a negative "oh that just means it wasn't...
Who said I never played it?
When has a multiplatform game EVER looked better on a PS3 than on PC?
