AAA titles already ARE too expensive here. If anything they should keep them the same price, and drop the prices on all the lower quality games. $70 for f*cking GI Joe? You're kidding me right?
The PS3 slim just sold a ton at the beginning cause people were waiting for a price drop. After everyone who wanted it buys it, the numbers will drop again. It's not like they'll stay as high as they are now.
I don't see why they would. The Heavenly Sword engine is a hundred times better. I'm interested to see what their next game will be like, and hopefully it's longer than Heavenly Sword. I doubt it will be a sequel to that though.
The added gameplay mechanics stand out to me. The pickpocketing, the poisoning other people so they go crazy and inadvertantly kill others, the fact that you can throw money around the poisoned guy's feet and people will run to grab it and get their heads chopped off by the poisoned flailing guy, the cool linear structured Prince of Persia style storyline parts, the fact that there's actual chests and an inventory now, lots of new weapons, a complete combo set for about 30 different weapon ty...
I'm still not seeing it. I've been following this game since the first tech demo was released and, while the graphics are pretty good, they are not even close to being "the best". I have seen much better. People are saying it is photorealistic but I am simply not seeing it. It looks like any other AAA title to me. Still gonna be a good game but the graphics aren't as good as people are saying they are.

I don't think this will outsell the first. Maybe in the lonnnnng run but honestly I think too many people got burned by the first and aren't interested in this one. I'm with you until they stop charging so much for games. They just raised the price here of every game by ANOTHER $10. Video game gougers can go f*ck themselves. Ugh, lame. Even if I do get this game, which I probably wont, I doubt I will ever play the multiplayer. Just from this trailer I can see that it ruins everything that made the first Bioshock good.
This class sounds AWESOME if it's true. I figured the 4th and 5th classes would be a bow class and a "shield" class since no classes really use shields, and I found it odd that they wouldn't have a class that used shields like the paladin did. I was a little surprised that the monk was the 4th class but that would be awesome to have a class that specializes in shields OR bows. Sounds ideal and I'm sure it will look badass.
I hate people who can't get over the fact that this is a NEW GAME with NEW CLASSES. If you want the same old game, just keep playing Diablo 2.
It's funny, this is the year they are releasing the most guitar heroes ever but this is also the year that people are effing sick to death of them. My guess is they wont sell, and they wont release more than 1 or 2 next year.
What a Bullsh*t list, they have it almost exactly the wrong way around. World of Warcraft sucks, and having its expansions on there as games are lame, but the expansions are better than the original game. Also, Diablo 2 is better than Diablo 1, and the original Warcraft was SH*T. Sucky list.
