They should have thrown out Half Life 2 and it's ugly grey sky, slime filled sewers, bland corridor filled, dead tree laden scenery with boring repetitive nauseating vehicle sequences and identical enemy types throughout and boring characters that no one in their right mind should care about. WHY DO PEOPLE THINK THIS GAME IS GOOD?!
I saw this coming... This is one of those games where you think it's possible that no one in the entire world might buy it.
There's still plenty of tricks to do. Look at the PS2, it was maxed out way before God of War 2 but they always have tricks to make things look and run better even if it's maxed out.

This guy's voice is hilarious. The 20 minute video is much better (although the quality sucks) but it shows the same sequence in a lot more depth.
Why do people care about numbers? Read the review, it's actually pretty fair. I completely ignored the number review, 8.8 means nothing. It's a great game, and I love the atmosphere and feel of the game. It's very immersive and really makes you feel like you are there, barely scraping by, and knowing that you could die at any second. It feels very realistic for a fantasy game.
Both look good but PS3 is hands down clearer. Not necessarily "better" graphics, the 360 just looks blurry.

This game is looking more and more unappealing. People only think these games are good "because it's Final Fantasy". It looks so cold and bleak. Where's the heart? And that dude with the afro? Seriously? Worst character design EVER! Square is clearly running out of ideas for characters, stories and setting, and I think they know it, but they don't care, they'll still make a fortune off it "because it's Final Fantasy". Pass.
Any publicity is good publicity. Microsoft probably pays him to say that.
Uh, Gears of War and Halo both got tons of GOTY wins. Both are just as generic as Killzone 2.

The ipod will never get dropped as long as they keep charging $80 a month for a 500mb iphone plan. I have a $25 unlimited plan on a cheap phone, and everything else I do on my ipod touch. Iphone plans here are WAY too expensive for the average person, there is no way in hell they would drop the ipod, they would lose 80% of their customers.

Here's your comparison. Aion is 4 years newer. It automatically has better graphics. Done. Aion will NOT kill WoW. People will try it out, but 90% will go back to WoW because it's "familiar".
