FINALLY someone else agrees with me. I hate all these blind fanboys who wont admit that the story is lame, and EXACTLY like the first one. I am so sick of people who are so hung up on this game they are blind to its flaws.
If anything it's not hard enough. After you beat the game once, you know exactly what to do and it becomes easy. Even if you start a brand new character you can beat the first playthrough in like 6 hours if you know how.

I don't think you're ever too old. My girlfriend's dad is in his 50s and he has a PS3, 360 and a nice gaming PC, and probably plays more than most people in their teens and 20s. He's playing Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2 and Borderlands right now, and plays online a lot with his friends who are also in their 40s and 50s.

Meh, any class is fine to start with, you just have to be cautious. People usually just charge in and hack and slash like it was God of War and get their ass kicked. As long as you time attacks and blocks properly you'll do fine with any class.
Clearly he hasn't played "a lot" since he's trying to get a +5 falchion. There's so many things wrong with that, I don't even know where to start. By the sounds of that, he only played like 2 levels. That's what I always try to tell people. No one listens. They just throw metacritic scores at you. Uncharted 2 was higher, and therefore is worth more money and you will automatically like it better than Brutal Legend, nay, you MUST like it better than Brutal Legend or there's something wrong with you.

Um, you realize NPDs don't include numbers from Walmart, the biggest retailer in North America, which is where I bought Uncharted 2 and I'm sure many others did as well, cause I just plain hate GameStop. NPDs aren't accurate either.

You realize that Infinity Ward has absolutely no say in any of the exclusive content or anything like that, right? They are just a developer. Those decisions are made completely by the publisher, in this case being Activision, the most money hungry video game company around. They make Microsoft look like a saint. All Microsoft does is dangle a $1 bill on a fishing line in front of Bobby Kotick and he'll sign anything Microsoft asks for.

Blu-rays are NOT too expensive. There's a place around the corner here that sells all new blu-rays for $14.99 or less...that's cheaper than dvds! I've still paid $30 for a new dvd, even a few months ago.
