AC2 is looking really good if you ask me. The only problem with the first one was that it as repetitive... The graphics and the gameplay were really great (climbing mechanism was good as well)... AC2 seems to iron out all the issues 1 had plus add in better graphics and Venice!!!!!!
Even borderlands is looking great... Never really liked Fallout 3 due to it's elephant slow pacing, but this seems as a better version of F3... Also really like the cartoony cell shaded graphics... O...
Cell might be a difference, but IMO, the biggest drawback is DVD9 and the lack of HDD in all models. We have big devs like Rockstar going on record how DVD9 hindered the process of making a bigger games. A standard HDD would have solved the problem, but even this was foolishly taken away by M$ to lower the price... Lets face it it's stupid for an open world game to be shipped in 2-3 disc on a console with a HDD less variant... It's stupid to swap a disc just so you can access another city... ...
Most big sites don't judge GOTY awards on votes, but from the best critics... Just last year, LBP took nearly all the GOTY awards, do you think 360 fanboys voted for LBP??? Hell even PS3 fanboys would have voted for MGS4, but LBP brought something new to the table and hence won the most GOTY awards including the AIAS awards.... If the GOTY awards were to be chosen on just votes, then hell each year a Mario game would swipe the floor due to the 50 million fanbase.

This game is a real gem.
KLUTCH-"lets see spend $500-$600 for a low end pc or $200 for a xbox that will play them all".... Are you kidding!!!! I can create a PC that can run every single multi-platform game mentioned in that list with 500$-600$. And please, no one brought the Sony argument.. All this thing revolves around a fact that the so called EXCLUSIVES can be played on 2 platforms which means they are MULTI (By Oxford multi means more than ONE) PLATFORM or as I mentioned earlier CONSOLE EXCLUSIVE.
People should change the word 'multi-platform' to 'console exclusive' in 360's case. I completely agree with Panda since even I will be getting L4D2 and ME2 on my PC and possibly even SC:C sooner or later.. I don't own a 360 and still can experience these so there goes that EXCLUSIVE argument... as I said, from now on use 'Console Exclusive'....
And Soxfan, I really recommend you to upgrade. PC are dirt cheap to make these days and you don't require a high end PCs to play most of...

Foxgod... I can smell your fear... nice damage control. GZ is full of fail. Just cause there isn't a substitute, doesn't make it the best.. The fact still remains that VGZ owner was kicked out of Neogaf forums for pulling out sales number from his @ss and lowering PS3 sales numbers.. And it's good to see VGZ counting 360 'Shipped' numbers as opposed to PS3 'sales' numbers. ...
Don't forget TLG, Heavy Rain, Agent, MAG, Quantum and many more... Frankly speaking, 2010 seems more balanced than 09... 09 is completely swept by PS3... But 2010 sees some good 360 games like Alan Wake, SC:c and Mass Effect 2 (still think this will come to PS3)... In the end, it's great for gamers as we get the best games...

As much as I love my PC, but it can't play the best games this gen... It won't be able to play TLG or GOW3 as well.. Add GT5, Heavy Rain, MAG, Agent...... The list goes on and on... But a PC is awesome for playing 360 exclusive games :)
It's on 97 now, so even if a single 90 score lands, it takes 2 more scores of 100 to just nullify the effect... So it will take a lot of 100s to bring that up any more. Lol but 97 is truly godly.

Cause before PS3 price cut, it was 0.1 million behind and now is sufficiently ahead of the 360 by a million (since it sold 1.2 million last month)... So if the PS3 wins last half, it wins the year.... Simple logic.
Ya you can do that all you like.. LBP deserved it cause it brought something new to the table and yes it deserved those scores... GTA was all hype and no show same as ODST. You get perfect scores for just having a brand name and that is what is seen (and frankly remove GTA and Halo tag behind these 2 games and they won't even get a single full score).... And sometimes 800$ goodie bags from M$ also works magic on devs.
And actually speaking, I don't mind you bragging these games.....
SC:c is looking good, but topping UC2 will be seriously tough not only for SC:c, but any game from now on... The main thing while playing UC2 is the way the game grips you... It's tensed out there, yet the voice acting is beyond phenomenal... The graphics... Well lets leave that topic since it's the best looking game out there, but even the story and multi-player are rock solid... As I said, SC:C would really have to be better than most so called AAA games and dare I say even MGS4 to beat UC2...
What a bunch of hypocrites... All the 360 fanboys doing damage control would do the same thing if a 360 game was so universally acclaimed.

This is one major thing I love about Apple and the Mac OS... I don't have to be confused of what to get and how much to spend. There should be a one version policy for every OS (a server version is acceptable). Will probably pick up ultimate since i skipped Vista... Haven't upgraded for the past 7-8 years lol (apart from Service packs). But Win 7 seems solid enough.
I really pity the people who own a PS3 and miss out on this game.... But nice to see the game selling well and selling PS3s as well.
It sold around 50K in Japan first day, so expect at least 100K by the weeks end+440K in US+expect at least the same amount in European region... So thats around 1 million in a week... Great numbers and the game deserves it.
