OK so in 100 years you still want to pay $60 for games right? Prices go up at some point guys. I actually support it because it makes bigger budget games more financially viable. If the publishers and execs aren't getting a return and the game dev costs keep going up, eventually we're all going to end up getting rushed GAAS games that aren't finished and are AA. Maybe that's why we get rushed games guys...

I've never played the original, but I bought and played a few hours of this game. It's kinda decent but I just don't see how it holds up in the long run as it's kinda just a repetitive game so far at least.
True, but people need to realize that large open world games with many intelligent AI and raytracing and all the stuff they want isn't going to happen anytime soon at 4k/60. It's not that it's not possible, it's just that they prioritize game play and visuals over more frames and a few more pixels.
Devs could do 8k 120 fps, but it would be a crap game.

I hope so. I never cared to play any of them. It's just not something for me to grind every match and then die and start the grind again. At least in regular games the grind continues and makes sense.

There were hundreds of youtubers who did it and dozens of journalists. Nearly everyone said it was a gruff white male that was racist essentially. He's never racist in the game whatsoever. I even saw some people saying it should have been a trans main charactor. There were even people caught reviewing it like that, copying gruff white male from other outlets and they never received a review copy. Just pure slander.

Days gone is a missed gem that most people didn't buy because of journalists slandering it as a white privilege game that didn't conform to all genders. It's a shame it didn't get more sales because of all those reviews and people that just wrote up stuff about it by watching trailers to make it fail. It still succeeded though and it's amazing.
