Sounds interesting. Would like to see some gameplay though.
And a huge bonus to the CEO.
@ roadkillers I thought the xcloud was going to make new consoles irrelevant. Why release the series x/s then?
I'm just saying it's a normal thing.
Every company in the world to include retail stores and all digital storefronts especially with the exception of epic games store, tries to hit 30% profit per item sold. The whole world seems to be in on this robbing people blind mentality apparently.
Bloth I remember hearing about it like a decade ago. If it was fake oh well, but it happened years before Microsoft asked Sony. So don't call me a liar. Tons of other people all say the same thing. The difference is it was a non issue and it wasn't dumped in the news everyday to make Sony the villain. Hell look at this page, multiple people say the same thing. Microsoft denied the request because they didn't need it. And the hacking thing happened from American hackers that were p...
Or it'll be connected to the service they already have on the ps5 that allows you to watch other peoples videos on an area of a game that you need help with. This is just an extension of that program to have someone talk you through it.
It had a small user base. Xbox just hit 50 mil shopped last month. At the time this launched, playstation probably had 50+ million shipped. I have no idea how many xboxs were around then, probably less than half of playstation.
Google it. It happened like 10 years ago and no one cared. It was a one day story and that was it. When Microsoft was failing to hit 50 million units shipped which they jsut hit last month, they asked Sony for cross play and everyone and their mom was pissed at Sony for saying no. Why should they say yes when they were turned down and had no incentive to allow it?
Then why didn't xbox allow cross play with playstation when they asked for it in the ps3 Gen? Because Microsoft was raking in cash and didn't need it. Same with Sony now. They have over half the market share so why implement something to help a struggling rival?
Yeah, the fact is Sony asked Microsoft 2 gens ago now to allow cross play and Microsoft said no. Then Sony enabled cross play with some games and pc. This past Gen Microsoft had no games and a ton of games were falling apart due to low player counts and asked Sony for cross play and they said nope. I would have done the same thing.
I feel like Sony was already in talks with discord when the communities recently just got shut down. I doubt Jim Ryan just called discord this morning to do this deal.
You can't disagree to something you havnt played. I personally didn't like the story of TLOU2, and I only played about 10 or so hours of it, but the game is crazy realistic. The first gunfight I was in with bandits I said out loud that it was the most fun I've ever had in a gunfight in any game ever and definitely the most realistic. I was like literally sweating.
Yeah it's one of the only honest things they've said for a while.
And then the 7/10 ps5 reviews 3 months later.
They might. Most Sony games right now seem to have a multiplayer component to them based off job listings and sony even struck a deal with denuvo for "all first party games". A bit strange when almost all their usual first party games are strictly single player.
They need to make themselves a search bar for ideas to stay afloat.
I still don't know why they aren't mainly being shipped physically to stores. They need to stop this online only crap and only sending in 2 ps5s to a storefront every 6 weeks or so.
I'm actually surprised. I thought most consoles sold at a loss at first but a few years down the road broke profit. I know Sony announced like 2 years into last Gen they broke profit. I think the ps3 Gen they barely made profit on hardware towards the end. That's pretty crazy though and I guess it makes some sense with all the RROD's of the 360 and the initial camera only bundle of the Xbox one and then they changed it like a year in without it for 100 bucks cheaper but I thought ...
