you won't know till you see it from a direct-feed capture in HD. There are too many variables with the amount of different codecs and capture devices.

But keep in account that this is a highly compressed vid. Some compressors cause what looks to be screen tearing.
You have to see a direct-feed vid in HD to know if it is screen tearing.
That is how the story is conveyed. Everyone who has played MGS games knows this and anyone who likes the games doesn't care how long the cut-scenes are they could be 120 min and i still would play the game.
unlike you MGS4 is my main reason for owning a PS3 and I wouldn't care it it received 5 outof 10. I am still getting this for the sole reason that I love the story and gameplay.
But you are right other games will come out that might be better. Ime will tell.

If everything was multi-platform, what is the incentive for companies to release consoles. There is none. You buy your particular console for the exclusive games, and sometimes the multi-platform games.
It is well known the the majority of the time exclusives are noticeably better than muli-plat. games.
The only bad thing I see about exclusives are the wars they start between their jealous owners.
