I do VFX and the K textures I have on some environmental objects, including calculating refect/refraction of light and the GI have crashed my system from time to time because of not having enough RAM.

The last time I knew the 3core Phenoms started off as quads. A certain percentage of them had only 3 functioning cores. So instead of recycling those malfunctions, AMD sold those for less and put them in laptops since they use less power than the quads.

Are you kidding me! Hardly any bugs, what a joke. There are so many bugs in this game it's pathetic. The stupid hand above or in your gun glitch. The inability to reload when you touch anything. The stupid heart attach glitch. Killing someone and 5-10 seconds later you die by that person who is dead. The constant throwing grenades glitch. Random grenade killing radius (I've been on top of one and haven't died, and have been 10-15 ft away from another and it kills me). I could go on. ...
People with your mentality find any game without mp unacceptable. So you would rather they botch some worthless mp on to an awesome game and just add crap on to the game to make the sp longer.
Its a great game, and most people i know played it more than twice.
The only thing that agitated me was that they said PSN is lucky if 1 million people play online. Id like to see those facts.

I can see how people think it is a kids game, but truthfully it is pretty hard to be a kids game. It has great appeal for kids no doubt but that's where it gets convoluted.
My brother thought it was stupid and kiddy looking as well until i convinced him otherwise. He loves this game now.
I still think it will turn out like guitar hero did. That wasn't an instant 2 million day one game and look at it now.
But they are vague commercials that dont tell what games they are showing.

I don't know how many games I quit due to this. I hate playing matches where it is 12 on 2. This is my hugest complaint. That and it (for me at least) seems a lot harder to kill someone than compared to the 1st R:FoM.
Oh and I hate dieing by people who aren't aiming at me.
they have the rights to their design, so if they don't want the car to have damage, thats their right and Pholy has to abide.
And i wasn't claiming that video game cars are real, or disagreeing. I was just saying that in the movies they use a shell.
I agree with all you that it is stupid and that car companies should suck it up because the majority of us will never spend that much on a car anyways.
it's a shell body around a different car, usually a different engine, interior is gutted, all the expensive stuff is removed. This is cost effective and safer for the stunt men.
Think about it. When Guitar Hero first came out, it wasn't a huge instant success and look at it now. Give it time people.
