Of course you wouldn't as it agrees with your bias
The open world aspects are actually pretty bad. It could definatley improve upon it said open world deseign.
When your done their is no incentive to play more.
Story was fantastic though. Don't know how the reviewer that it was bad
6.0 doesn't mean you don't like it
It's like not even 2 months old. Let's drop the pitchforks for a while. Sometimes I stop playing my PS4 for a month for switch when Zelda came out, I just beat horizon and am going back to my wiiu to play some games I missed. I'm also want to replay all the fable games on pc.
I won't be touching my PS4 in a while but that doesn't mean it's bad or out of games.
Zeldas an example of what? Being the highest rated game this generation?
If they were deseigned for it yes. If we are going to snes I'd probably enjoy a big budget 2d horizon probably more than the 3D one. Just like earthbound is one of my favourite games of all time despite their being 3D turn based games that look way better. Lots of Zelda fans enjoy link to the past more than any 3D Zelda.
You do understand that the people who do that are fanboys? It's nothing to do with finding the best graphics but for one person being better than the other because they made the right console decision.
No they don't.
However an artstyle with soul and personality does matter for some of my enjoyment. Such as wind waker and gravity rush 2.
60$ mind you isn't even worth 1 hour of some of those artists time. So 60$ is nothing to be bragging about or to expect a lot. Games are dirt cheap compared to production value
What's wrong with being easily satisfied when playing a game? This isn't a problem. the more you can enjoy the simple stuff the more you'll enjoy gaming.
Pretty sure Zelda set the bar for all open world games.
While there are multiple Mario and Zelda games they can be vastly different from each other. Just look at the difference between wind waker and twighlight princess which released after each other. They almost play like different games. S...
It sure looked pretty. But their wasn't much to do besides killing monsters in the open world. No objectives or secrets.
Quests did that. Quest deseign has been fantastic so far for me. But the open world itself not really special besides how gougeous it is.
Density of what? Machines? Quests are only located in towns. Towns just display on your map. Theirs nothing to do in the wild unless you like grinding and killing machines all day.
The open world was horizons poorest aspect. Now for that sacrifice they nailed the story, presentation, the gameplay and some characters. But horizons open world wasn't inspiring albeit from how pretty it is. It's the definition of an empty map.
More secret areas such a...
I use it from bus rides to and from school and even use it in my campus and it's completely fine without my charging. So I'd say the battery life is great for what it offers
... it's not trying to be as powerful as the PS4. It's a fricken handheld.
Let's not say battlefront is a good game until they prove themselfs. The first game was god awful.
But you think Star Wars battlefront... I mean starwars battlefront EA is not going to compensate for that? Where just going to get tons of microtransactions instead which I guess is a better idea at least the maps won't be gated.
I think it's easy to see why, graphics/presentation, versitile enemies that are unique, narrative. Those I'd say are it's very strongest points.
Though I'm not calling it game of the year. We all know that's going to fire emblem echoes. Anytime anything fire emblem releases it wins. It's just fact, unless it's a knack year. Which. This year may be one which than fire emblem loses.
The bow has no physics and just moves straight. Theirs no typical angled trajectory and if their is it's too long.
Now this isn't a bad thing for horizons action. But it's also makes you feel less skilled. So wouldn't say best bow physics. But sense this is the only game I've played where the bow is the main weapon of course it's the best bow combat as well because they focused on it.
No mans sky would be infinite.
@bluefox
Those towers were garbage? It automatically made you succeed even worst than assassins creed from a gameplay perspective. Not to mind you their was only 4-5 and they all were as automatic and non skill based. Sure they looked cool but they didn't add nothing to the gameplay. Than let's not add that doing them ruined the open world as it would plainly show you the few secrets in the world (cauldrons)
