Metal gear on the xbox one worth £12?
Seriously underrated IMO, thought it was a great game.
So not only is it overpriced, but it also has graphical and audio issues, and controller lag? sounds like a real winner.

Not sure how you read into it that I was only on about graphics kiddo (which is kinda of strange considering I am the wrong side of 40).
I still own my old gen consoles, however, I am reluctant to start new games on the old gen if possible.
And lets be honest, it's a codies game, the physics will be the same as all their others
Genuine question, how is getting £120 worth of games to play for a year for £20 not worth it?

On another note, doesn't seem to be many people who buy codies games at release any more, considering just how quickly they always get discounted these days.

I am in the preview, and you do not need gold to use the service, you only need gold if you intend on using the multiplayer in said games.
You don't need gold to access the vault games.

Same here, although there isn't any game currently in the vault that interest me, the whole idea seems like a winner.
I downloaded the app with the preview code, and on the face of it, it looks like a decent thing, might want to see the full T&C's before I purchase a subscription though
No, you couldn't, the beta had a level 8 cap
A level 20 cap makes sense from terms of balance to start with, considering it's an MMO.
I am sure that cap will be removed (probably via pay DLC, but that's another discussion).
Whilst I agree with you that there is very little (if any) innovation, the formula does work........
Luckily you got to play the Beta and have saved yourself some money buy seeing the game is not to you :)
The Beta is over, even if you could download it, you can't play it anymore.
Because of all the negative feedback on it being "just a demo", just wondered if £12 was good value for what it is.
