@Tito08
I can make you a long list of 3rd party games I have that says otherwise. Including Capcom Vs Snk 2, Timesplitters 2, the Splinter Cells, the Prince Of Persia trilogy, Beyond Good & Evil, Bloody Roar: Primal Fury (the best Bloody Roar after BR2), Burnouts, COD: Big Red One, Hitman 2, Ikaruga, Medal Of Honor, Megaman Collection and Megaman X collection, both Mortal Kombat (deadly alliance ann deception), Naruto fighting games, the LOTR games, Red Faction 2, Soul Ca...
I'm currently playing Mercenary on my Vita and I'm seriously impressed. It handles great, the campaign is interesting and the multiplayer is amazingly good.
The graphics are amazing too, but I'm kinda more surprise about how good it plays and how smooth it runs.
It's because people don't understand the concept of "reboot". They think it's going to be the same.
Although, to me, the best 3D castlevania is still Lament Of Innocence, I loved the direction they took with LoS. The story was actually really cool.
You think the Gamecube was a dead console? The console who got Metroid Prime 1 & 2, Wind Waker, Twin Snakes, Resident Evil Zero and 1 Remakes, the original console for Resident Evil 4, Smash Bros Melee, Eternal Darkess, F-Zero GX, Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 2 & 3, Pikmin 1 & 2, etc?
I bought a Gamecube on launch and never had a moment in which I felt that I had no games and I still have a library of 50+ games there. The gamecube was far from dead in the water.
I actually liked Origins's story more than the other games. It has a lot of In-depth looks at all the characters. They used Bane in a great way instead of just throwing him as a stupid hulkish character and there are some really intense moments ***SPOILERS*** Alfred anyone?****
The problem with it, I think, was the order of the boss fights. Deathstroke comes and goes too soon and he was the highlight of the trailers.
I know the mimics have been in gaming for a long time, but its kinda funny how this game seems to be a Dark Souls direct competitor.
I mean, the more the merrier, but the comparisons are going to be inevitable.
Hmm, The Snakes are dysfunctional yes, but they got something wrong:
"Then, his cloned brothers both lost their minds and decided that they had to see their father’s misguided plans for Outer Heaven through. "
That's kinda wrong. Liquid was the only one who lost it. Solidus tried to get rid of the Patriots, meaning, he was trying to achieve what Big Boss was trying to do and return freedom to everyone. The Patriots was all about control and Big ...
@master_raiden.
I think you are the one who should read. Did I talk about gameplay? No. Both castlevanias have awful stories and yes, one of them doesn't even have music. I would tell you to replay those games, but that is more like a punishment. You will see that all it has is background music. Barely what you can call "music" in a game with an incredibly strong amount of music (and music driven)as the original Castlevanias.
LoS have WAY better...
Really? Are you talking about soundtrack and story in relation to Castlevania 64? The worsts Castlevania games of all time? (one of those 2 games doesn't even have music at all) That's like mentioning the CD-I zeldas.
Story and Soundtrack should be Symphony Of The Night/Rondo Of Blood era.
I will get Borderlands 2. Having a huge game like Borderlands in a portable state is awesome.
I would also like a Diablo 3 port for the Vita. Portable coop diablo would be great, specially with a cross-game save feature
Why is Earthbound on that list? You can play that game on a lot of consoles. I love the game, but it is a waste of space for a real WiiU only game like Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate.
I have a very good idea now that I want a PS4. I want to get it early so I can play the games I want as soon as they are out so my "pending to play" pile of games does not get bigger.
I currently have lots of PS3 games to play, a bunch of WiiU games to play. Also, it seems, better versions of games I haven't played yet are on PS4, so I better get the best version (AC4 and Tomb Raider)
Not really. Metroid Other M is not within the "Prime" series and it is a sequel to Super Metroid, using the same backgrounds and type of gameplay. The game was totally accepted by fans because it maintain the same gameplay and formula, and expanded upon it. The criticism was entirely based on the story.
Not really. Gameplay wise, Other M is quite original, fun and addicting. It was definitely a great effort and it gets an A+ on gameplay. While most people had a problem with the story, I didn't mind.
My comparison with CoD comes from the fact that Dynasty Warriors is the same game with different coats. It's like FIFA or PES.
I would have preferred a Ninja Gaiden/Devil May Cry type of game instead of Dynasty Warriors.
I really don't see why this is exciting. Turning Zelda into Dynasty Warriors is hardly exciting. It's like turning Metroid Prime into Call Of Duty. I just think they could have chosen a better model/type of game for a Zelda spin-off
I would have chosen something like Kingdom Hearts with all the Nintendo's characters and worlds. That would certainly get my heart racing, BUT, that will take time, and it is clear that what they are doing is presenting some "Zeld...

I'm incredibly glad that they ported Muramasa to PS Vita. That is a game that deserved to be in HD. Even when I played it on my Wii it looked amazing, but HD was seriously needed for this jewel.
@Reverent, our common enemy is mainstream media who has been feeding us this BS console war for years. They invented it to capitalize on it. Now they are even "reviewing" consoles just to ignite flame wars. We all remember how it was back then, when we only read gaming magazines, and we used to go to friend's houses to play Genesis if you were a SNES guy and the Genesis people went to our place for some SNES goodtimes. We were all happy for each other and enjoyed sharing. Now, i...
I like that.. Xbros sounds nice. I really don't see why is it that difficult for all of us to get along. Let's all enjoy our holidays with our games and consoles.
Well, I call CoD beautiful. When COD2 came out, the D Day stage was incredible at that time and Modern Warfare 1 also looked incredible when it came out.
Graphics are as important as gameplay. We are at a stage in which both things can be achieved at equal greatness.
