I won't be buying this game, but I'm sooo happy if this comes true. I really wish Nintendo added more Online coop features to all their games. I wish I could have played New Super Mario Bros U, Donkey Kong and 3d World with my cousins online.
There is absolutely no reason to support bad and lazy ports of games, that is why you purchase a console or PC where you can get the experience as it was intended. Unless you had some sort of hatred towards the competition and don't want to own any of them. And let's be honest, if you were able to buy a WiiU, you are most likely able to buy a PS4 and now a Xbox One, so what stops people from getting multiple consoles (aside from obvious money factors).
And since we ar...
Monolith developed games on PS2.
Saying Monolith is Nintendo is like saying Mass Effect 1 and 2 were a Microsoft Game.
Uncharted is a Naughty Dog game, exclusively on a Sony console. Developers are not the same as Publishers. Sony didn't develop Uncharted, same as Microsoft didn't develop Halo.
When the OP says that he wishes to see Nintendo develop "violent games" he's talking about the Nintendo's core team.
I guess splatoon is not a shooter because they shoot paint(?)
Again, the conferences don't reflect what was in the showfloor. Microsoft and Sony both showed a lot of "not shooters" in their booths and aside from them, there were a lot of developers with "not shooter" games as well.
If you based your opinion on the conferences alone, then he may be right, although Microsoft did show other types of games, however, Miyamoto said that in a...
2 of those games were published by Nintendo, not developed by them.
Eternal Darkness was developed by Silicon Knights.
Disaster was developed by Monolith Soft.
Not really like Assassin's creed, there were some limitations and it certain areas it might take a bit of skill, but nothing groundbreaking as far as I could see. I didn't test it enough to say if it was like a REAAALLY advanced mechanic and I don't know if there will be some sort of perks during character progress that you unlock to add movements or stuff related to the parkour, but I did feel that it made traversal a bit different and more fluid than Dead Island.
Not really. It was practically the same. The demo was timed, so you could just roam around and kill zombies, but it didn't feel any different. It felt like an HD remake of dead island 1 (if that makes sense).
I liked it though, cause gameplay felt more fluid (better framerate), but If it is more serious, the demo didn't demonstrate that at all.
Between this a Dying Light, I will need a lot of convincing.
I played Dying Light at E3 and it was just Dead Island with prettier visuals, better framerate and some sort of Parkour.
I don't know what Dead Island 2 can offer other than that and I don't think I will buy two games that are practically the same.
I agree with you, but the reason why those girls use the "Gamer Girl" term is mainly because they want attention. I'm not talking about all girls obviously, but if you go to streaming sites, the first streams that guys go to are gamer girl, specially if you can see them.
Why? because it is our nature to enjoy seeing a beautiful girl, but this "Gamer Girl" title they use for everything is just a cry for attention.
I know many gamer girl...
That's incorrect. Gamer is ok. Gamer is anyone who likes and/or plays any game: board games, video games, etc.
There are no gamer girls, only gamers, part of the group as a whole. What needs to go away is the "hardcore" and "casual" gamer trend.
Because it is dumb for certain people but not for whose asking the question.
A gaming site is supposed to provide information for people who likes to be informed and people who just came across a piece of information. Lots of people may not know that and would like to know if UC4 is coming (or not) to PS3 . Its dumb for us because we all know, but not for them because they don't keep up with the info like we do.
Although dumb... it's a valid question.
The game is fun, but, as with any multiplayer only game, what matters is how long you can keep the fun going.
Mario Kart's fun or Smash bros's fun lasts forever, but we are not sure if you are going to get bored after a week, month, year or if it'll last forever.
Nintendo set the fun standard real high.
Hmm, can't quite remember. About 10mins or less. It depended on the player. I played it like it was the full game, looking into every corner for collectibles and stuff, so I took my time. Plus the game is beautiful so I wanted to look at everything I could.
I wanted to play the section that was played on the conference that kinda looked like a survival horror game, but it wasn't there.
I understand it is just a small portion of it, but if you are sho...
The reason why there are concerns about this game is because the build that was at E3 was just ok.
I was going to preorder it, but after playing it at E3, I decided to wait a bit because the game, although gorgeous looking, was just "OK". The shooting was actually boring in the demo: it was just spraying a flammable thing over enemies and then ignite them and it got boring rather quickly.
What do I expect? Variety, not just shooting and hopefully b...
Better than GTAIV definitely. Better than GTAV, nope.
Funny, this game has been available since 2013, so why didn't you get it then if you were looking for games to play on Vita?
I guess you just like to spam articles until they give you things for free.
Even if its free, I will buy the Blessing Of Amithaba edition. Vanillaware deserves my money.
I bought the game on Wii and loved it and I will support Vanillaware with my money for future games equally beautiful and challenging.
I pretty have had every single Nintendo console ever made (except for a couple of them maybe like Virtual Boy :P ) but the problem is the fans. They are happy with whatever Nintendo gives them, even if it is sub-par.
People who are vocal about Nintendo's shortcomings are people who wants Nintendo to succeed by providing (much needed) criticism. Well, at least I do want Nintendo to succeed and be on-par with the competition, but there are areas where they are severely lack...
Yes, Uncharted is not developed by Sony. It was developed by Naughty Dog on a Sony console.
It does matter who in Nintendo develops the game. Different studios have different strenghts, techniques and knowledge but more importantly, you are seriously undermining a developer of a game by calling it a "Nintendo, Microsoft or Sony" game
If I thank anyone for Uncharted or Last Of Us I thank Naughty Dog, If i thank anyone for Eternal Darkness I thank Si...
