There still isn't anything I want to Play on PSP. I'm still waiting for a real Resident Evil game.
Nice, so Microsoft bought the rights. I love Hydro Thunder!!! I'm glad someone realized it's a great game and revived it!
Natal is all about the software that runs it, not the camera. The camera is nothing without the software. The original PS1 controller's layout is almost identical to that of the SNES controller. Nintendo's been the real innovators.
If someone's a fan of a particular console, fine. In face, and educated gamers is a joy. I just hate the retard extremists.
If it turns out to be true, I bet Sony ends up buying Insomniac Games.
Well then they should have used the other 50% to get the friken frame rate up to pare with God of War 1 and 2.
It's a good comparison. I enjoyed seeing the differences. The PS3 is the clear winner. Now I'll get back to playing FFXIII on Xbox 360.
Game resolution and the resolution of the texture maps used within a game are different. Both games uses the same texture maps. Square Enix didn't have to use lower resolution texture maps for Xbox 360.
Neither version has to worry about installation. Every Xbox 360 game has optional installation. Texture maps are the same on each version.
They (GOW 1&2) ran at 60 fps on the PS2. However, it slowed down here and there. I don't know if there was a selling point on PS3. They ran on PS3 at a consistent 60 fps at 720p.
Greendog, The Ooze, Two Crude Dudes, Boogerman weren't Mascots of the 16-Bit Era. Two Crude Dudes is just an arcade game by Data East. They never plugged those characters as a mascot. If anything, Data East kind of used Karnov as a mascot. Greendog and the Ooze where published by Sega. Sonic was Sega's mascot. Boogerman was published by Interplay. At the time, Interplay used Earthworm Jim as a Mascot. I don't think the writer of this article knows what a mascot is.
The GOWIII demo was kind of a disappointment because of the poor frame rate. In those pictures, the color palette on the demo looks a little better (to me). However, it doesn't matter how the game looks in those pictures, it's how it runs. Most reviews haven't mentioned the frame rate. I loved that GOW 1 and 2 ran at 60fps. Sony mentioned that GOWIII would be between 30 and 60 fps. I personally hate fluctuating frame rates. I guess I'll just have to wait until it's out to find out.
I wonder if those users who have the wrong date are unaffected? I have a slim, so mine is working fine but is it possible for those that are having issues to change the date?
I have a slim, so I'm ok.
The game is out! Why bother with pre-order news?
Why bother posting a mistake as news. If it ever does come to PS3, it will likely be 6 months to a year after the Xbox 360 version. You won't hear any official news until then.
@xenogamer
Those aren't low sales for Mass Effect 2. Just remember that ME2 came out on the 26th of Jan. So those sales are for only the last part of the month.
OUCH!! It's true that JRPG's haven't scored well this generation. However, the Japanese have done little to evolve the genre.
Not only is the protagonist unattractive but it's more unattractive to hear her pee. Nasty!
I bought the original Silent Hill on DVD and have yet to watch it.
