A few small previews, hardly any gameplay, and definitely not being boasted as a GoW killer.
The real hype happened when it received so much critical acclaim and had many 10/10s.

Bayonetta is amazing. It's so fun. I tried lots of combos, and I bought lots of combos and used them. They are so over the top and epic. .. and hilarious. I don't understand how you aren't rewarded.. You COULD just do the simple combos, but that's not having fun.

They let the casuals raid, get some moderately cool gear, but if you don't dedicate time and have a pretty serious guild, you're not going to do hard modes. And the dedicated they let excel and get crazy awesome gear with hard modes.

Answer: You shouldn't. That's really the long and the short of it.
Casual gamers should not expect to be on the same level as people who dedicate all of their time to any game. I think Square Enix is going about this the completely wrong way.
WoW never limits the amount of experience a person can achieve a week, and they never dictate how you should play the game. They really accommodate everyone, while still challenging and rewarding the dedicated players. Square Enix is accommodating no one but the casuals, while actively screwing over the dedicated players.

If I have no life and dedicate all of my time to a certain game, I should be be higher level. I've played more.
If I do have a life, and I play casually, I'm not going to be butthurt that other people are higher level than I am. I'm going to just accept it, and not cry.

It isn't wave after wave, kill a boss. .. There aren't even bosses, just special infected that force you to play differently, and as a team.
It's the only TRUE co-op game this generation. It's hectic, and fun, and requires communication, especially if you play on realism.
I love it. It might be kind of repetitive, but the levels are never the same. The AI is always different, and in Left 4 Dead 2, the levels actually switch up.
I have it on 360.. I have it on PC.. I don't know if I'll be able to resist also getting it on PS3 if this rumor comes true...
