In the USA products rated 18 are seen as adult and here adult means porno even if its just violence it has a stigma of being porn just based on the rating. NC 17 films and AO rated games are both 18+ and not sold in stores due to company policy against selling adult products to anyone of any age. So if California's law passed just about all M and even some T games would be branded as "pornographic" so they would not be stocked or released on consoles. So to get an AO game or NC ...
XD they have N Gage games Bwahahahaha
This looks stupid.
Look at how Australia outlaws and censored video games because they are too violent. Think of THAT happening HERE in the US. Think of your home state outlawing the possession and sale of GTA or COD or Halo or any other violent game. Not so great now huh?
We need less god. We are a Democracy NOT a Theocracy.
Yup we might have the same thing or some weird combo for video games. 0_o
The article is wrong Comics WERE censored look up the comic code authority of 1954. The same might happen to games if this is allowed to pass. Its been over 50 years and the comic industry has STILL not recovered from the damage that caused.
WET is M rated
If this DOES pass Europe and Canada will get affected as well. It would be a lot cheaper to make ONE censored version than make a heavily censored German style US version and an uncensored European version.
Going to pick up Duke Nukem Forever or Homefront on Sunday.
Netflix streaming because you have a BIG choice of content. :) Minus the fact they take stuff down after a while but other then that its good. Also it helps the blu ray player from being used a lot due to movie usage.
My 10 dollar computer keyboard works just fine for me.
Will the Halo 1 pistol remain the same or be nerfed?
Postal 3 is going to ROCK. I can't wait to get it for PS3.
Not if the demo is super old.
Nice decap :)
Site won't load for me also. What does it say in the article?
This game character and the game itself have helped make many great youtube poops.
Why no Cerebral Bore or BFG?
The right to no censorship of content is one I would LOVE to see.
