Fox News is pro government control of ONE thing...video games. They don't give a crap if the government bans/censors games outright.

This is just going to get the SCOTUS one step closer to a pulling a total ban on video games to help protect even adults from them.
If there is one console I DAMN HOPE THEY ALLOW AO GAMES. I hate being censored as an adult. Most gamers in the US are adults so why are we censored from content to please the politicians and soccer moms.
Got this for my mom and I. My mom used to play this on the PC a lot back in the day. SHE LOVED IT. ^___^ Plus the "wrong answer of the day" got her to beat my sorry ass when I was winning haha. :P

I agree Adult games are AO NOT M. There are NO AO games on the 360!!!!
If SCOTUS says Cali is right then America would get the same censorship treatment.

Some countries still censor music like Australia they have age gates for music and ban some CDs from importing. America has uncensored and censored music. IDK about Europe.
Ummm no when a game is banned there its banned. Stores can't sell unrated games.
Germany is getting Homefront UNCENSORED :D wows I can't believe it. Don't know if Australia is uncut. BBFC its uncut with an 18 and ESRB I'm sure is giving it an M rating uncut I think (They don't say if anything is censored on their site like the BBFC/OFLC do).
I hope Sony still allows the creation of other region accounts in the age or DD so if your country censors video games you can download it from a non censoring country.
