YES it should the realism of GTA IV is why I got so damn bored of it. Oh and cheat codes as well. GTA SA had as many as SR2. Bring back cheat codes!!!!!!
GTA 1 and London has multiple characters to choose from.
Achievements and Trophies killed the cheat code. People care more about a big score and wonder why the game is so boring when they beat it and can't mess around like in the good days of the SNES, Genesis, PS1, N64, PS2, Xbox 1.

I don't get why Micro, Sony and Nintendo allow 18+ games in Europe, Japan, NZ, Africa and soon to be Australia but NOT the USA. Why can they have an adult rating but not US???
