This is a very short editorial. Many incorrect statements here. The one that stood out to me was the price against a PS4. Remember you cant compare today's price of a PS4 to a new piece of hardware. Its cool to love a game and to you personally its a 10/10. I'm cool with that. But as a reviewer were covering an all round audience, so its more so an 8. Plus, there are always big differences between Demos and the full game, but hope you enjoy FFXV
I think personally Titanfall 2 is getting an unfair wrap. I mean, for those who have reviewed it and played it, its actually very good. In fact, if you take into account the Metacritic, its outperformed COD: Infinite Warfare and Battlefield 1 and is sitting on a 89! Not bad at all. Why do people insist on trying to destroy a game with crap reviews when the majority seems to find it acceptable and for some, very good indeed? Its just the same old sites out there that try and garner hits by dogging on a decent game. Sure its no 10/10, buts its no 5/10 either.
I definately think Phil Spencer has been very open and honest with the gaming community by announcing both its products at once. Everyone is making lots of assumptions on the price, some stating it could be $1,000 AUD (compared to a new 2TB Slim which is $550). Others think $750 is the mark. What if, and I mean, what if the price is more like $599 AUD? MS could take a loss potentially, or, perhaps they can drive massive economies of scale with hardware manufacturers etc, and also hardware...
