Same here. Besides their published games like DOOM Eternal and such.
Lol who ever your friend is that gave you the review obviously didnt tell you anything.
Also, the Souls games really arent even that hard. They just take practice and patients. You sold it only after a few hours so you obviously didnt give it enough time.
And Sony bought out Gaikai which was doing it long before Sony bought them along with OnLive... So what's your point? Sony ain't the first either lol
Have you played State of Decay? They handle gas and vehicle maintenance pretty well. But I love the idea of Days Gone unpredictable world. Should keep you on your toes.
That's what I'm saying. If they are worried about a flooding of people coming in and not participating then I'd say the people who are willing to buy into EA, those people are most likely the ones most interested in the game and will participate. It's not like it's a free open beta or something.
Ah well, hopefully I can get in, I'll be buying it anyway.
Bruce Campbell is a legend, but too bad I don't care for this game.
I'm really bummed that there is only a limited amount of spots. if you're charging to get into EA then why not allow anyone who wants to pay in?
I really want to get in to play it, but I always have the worst luck getting picked in these kind of things haha
Who goes to a midnight launch to get a digital code? Hell, depending on your time zone, if you go digital you can unlock it sooner than midnight if you bought digital on the console.
For instance I always get my digital codes unlocked at 9pm PST because games unlock at 12 EST for NA. So why anyone would wait in a line to just get a DL code when they could have already pre-downloaded and be ready to play right at unlock time is beyond me.

Actually the regular fodder enemies are absolutely easy as balls. Usually are easily dispatched with a couple hits or a perfect parry. Plus, if you decide to use stealth for most of your playthrough then you're going to be severely under prepared for the sword fights that await you in the bosses or even mini bosses. They all require you to parry very well and then chip at their health until they can't refill their posture. Posture break them and then shinobi s...
He actually makes some good points in his article, but a 4 it certainly is not. The stealth is too easy, the AI is too dumb, the bosses all come down to the same method of fighting, there is a HUGE balance problem, and personally I think the enemy and boss designs have been severely lacking. The coolest one has been the giant snake, but that wasn't really even a boss fight tbh.
@bouzebbal
It's not so simple as just making another Dead Space. Dead Space 2 only sold 4mil with a 60mil budget.
"Wilson goes on to say that that figure simply “wasn’t enough.” By the time studios have factored in the cost of marketing, cuts taken by console manufacturers and retailers, and the fact that discounts will have driven up sales, developers are lucky to see half the cost of their game returned."
Dead Space 2 wa...
Agreed. The bad definitely outweighed the good in their original plan.
You never mentioned anything about the game. You said that no GaaS or other bullshit is the reason to buy it because it makes it "special". I simply stated that not having GaaS or MT's does not make a purchase worth it or make it special. Plenty of crap games also don't have GaaS and MT's, not saying Cyberpunk will be crap, but that can't be the only reason to buy a product lol
It's actually not special enough. There are plenty of shitty games that don't have GaaS or MT's.
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided - $29.99
Shadow of the Tomb Raider - $59.99
Just Cause 4 - $59.99
Shadow of Mordor - $19.99
Fallout 4 - $29.99
I just gave you 5 games that are all worth playing and add up to just under $200. That pays for well over a year of the subscription on just these 5 games alone. You can of course argue that a couple of these games don't interest you, but these are pretty universally enjoyed games.
Absolutely. The theme's, setting, characters, and such were on point. I'd love to see a sequel that fleshes it out even more and also makes huge leaps in its gameplay.
Yes the 24 hour check in was dumb, but I believe they were rolling back on that to be like a once a month thing or something. Either way with full digital there has to be some form of DRM.
As for the 3rd party stuff... you don't think all companies do this? The phone in your hand process more data about you than your family knows about you. You don't think PSN is doing the same? You don't think that nifty camera we use with PSVR can't be uses to spy on us? C...
Yeah I understand there was also some bad shit in there. And they got rightfully bashed for it. But they were also making a lot of these steps as well, but went a bit overboard. I just remember everyone's back lash on the thoughts of a digital future. It's definitely not a 1:1 situation at this point, you're right.
What kind of dumb ass comment is this? Of course I have a ps4. I have had a ps4 since launch and then I traded that in for a pro and then also got PSVR. I have been very vocal about my love for the PSVR. So how could I have one without a ps4? Jesus you people on here.
Well the ps5 is likely coming out in 2020 so you're getting what you want.
