A lot of big changes coming to Sea if Thieves. Not sure why they didn't just delay it again and launch it with all this extra content. The reception and reviews would have been much better.
So basically it still has the DLC issue on any game that is over a year old... smh
I'm ready for next gen. These mobile CPU's are really holding us back.
@Patricko
That's the one! haha thanks.
If they add it in their next game then so be it. At that point it is their decision and they can tailor the game for different kinds of difficulties. But whining about adding an easy mode after the game is already done and launched is silly. FromSoft knows the experience they want to create, the challenges they want their players to overcome. Most games with difficulty modes always have artificial hard modes, they usually only tweak the HP and damage modifiers. Sekiro is perfectly balanced wi...
You can actually swap out the d-pad and joystick location if you prefer the other way.
Edit: nvm, I think I was thinking of another controller.
I'd like to get this, but with the PS5 coming in a year, not sure $200 is worth it.
"why?people play games on a less difficult setting all the time with games you set to the hardest mode.
did it matter for those games? no! so why this game? you can play it the way it was meant to be played while some person in another country is playing it on medium."
Have you seen most "hard modes" in games lately? All it is is them upping enemy attack and life and making you die faster. It doesnt make the AI better, it doesnt deepen the mech...
@Livingthedream
I can't tell if you're serious or not.
Looks like Activision is spending unnecessary money instead of making their games better.
It's whiners like the people asking for easy modes is why games have gotten so streamlined lately. RPG's have become more hand holding and streamlined because god forbid games have some complexity... No, Sekiro doesn't need an easy mode or needs to cater to casual players. Just like the new Yoshi game doesn't need a hard mode or cater to people who want tough platforming challenges.
They are made for an audience, and if you can't handle the game, don'...
I love what Epic is doing with their larger cuts for devs. I don't like the gorilla warfare of buying up so many timed exclusives, but it's part of the business and I understand that. What I don't like is how piss poor their marketplace is and their lack of security. If they are going to really damage Steam they need to step up their storefront and features.
lol Then why aren't you saying Sony should stop all crossplay? Because they currently have crossplay with PC on games that support it and I don't see anyone complaining about that.
And it's hardly only coming from Xbox or their fans. Considering most of these articles are coming from devs themselves. Don't be so pathetic.
As for buddy lists, that would be kept in the game. Obviously you can't add an Xbox friend to your PS4 list, but y...
Or you just accept that the dev didn't include difficulty modes for a reason and either play it and understand it or move on to other games that cater to your needs.
@Phoenix
Well I am the owner of my house with a gamer wife, a 5 year old daughter who loves gaming and a 2 year old son. We share our consoles. When one is occupied, we play another. My daughter loves to play Mario games on our 3DS and Switch. If my wife is playing on Xbox or PS4 then I play on my PC or if she is playing Xbox I'll play some PSVR.
There are multiple times where I'd love crossplay with some major games where I could be on PC and her...
I mean, does it really matter who you're playing against? Are you so dedicated to your PS4 that you can't even stand sharing a server with someone else from another platform? Wouldn't it be cool to smash some Xbox losers in an online game?
"This gen however they started this shit because they are dead last"
Even IF they did start it, it's not only them who keep requesting it. How many stories now have we had where developers are speaking out saying they want Crossplay and the benefit it brings to THEIR game due to larger player pools? This benefits the developers more so than the console manufacturers.
And while me and most of my friends have the same consoles, some prefer PS4...
That's what I have... 1 PS4 Pro, 1 Xbox One X, 1 PC, 1 Switch. I don't see a reason to own multiples of the same console.
The game is too easy, please put a hard mode. I dont understand why they cant put a hard mode in, it won't effect the other people playing on the normal mode.
That is true, player feedback has been huge for the game. I have been playing here and there since launch, but looking forward yup this April 30th update.
