Yeah it's definitely up there and UC4 has been supported well for sure. I like the horde mode they added and such, but UC4 was just a bit too casual for me. It didn't require much team work or anything.
Get out the whips and crunch them 15 hour shifts boys!
Edit: and gals!
Why? Because I think TLoU MP is superior? Oh man, oh no, super fanboy. What ever will we do? Lol
I personally believe it's a deeper and better experience than Uncharted games. Killzone MP was broken af and died really quick. Bloodborne is a beautiful game, but it's still essentially Souls MP. And then you have Sports games of which you can find anywhere.
Of the PS4 library, I still think it's the most unique and well done MP of them. Bloodborne is great, easily in my top 5 games this gen, but the MP is essentially the same as the other Souls games.
GT Sport and MLB the Show are sports games, I dont play those because I dont care for racing sims or baseball. Plus, it's a pretty standard MP affair I'd assume.
Uncharted MP is far too simple and casual for my taste. It's not "bad" I ...
Yes, ps4 does have a large install base. Wtf does that have to do with my comment?
Because it's the only Sony exclusive that has a good MP?
But there were still some issues with pay 2 win and problems like crab walking that took way too long to fix, if they have fixed it at all since.
I don't think the gameplay and combat of Gears really lends to open world very well. Semi open I can see, but a full open world Gears is hard for me to imagine.
@Rain
Yes you're correct that ESRB aren't the ones that are directly censoring, but they dictate what is appropriate within their guidelines. So if a dev/publisher wants to keep a certain rating they will need to censor the items that ESRB notes. This is nothing new, it happens in all media. You don't want a parental advisory sticker? You're going to have to clean up the language. You don't want your movie to be rated R? Remove some gore, sex, and curse ...
I'm very interested to see how they handle open areas with exploration. I hope it's not just a barren open area where you're just traveling back and forth to pad timing. I like the 4k 60fps in all modes and that they're still sticking with local and online co-op.
I hate to say it in any context, but Ted Cruz is right.
It was a shallow 3rd person shooter that at max lasted 6 hours if you stopped and tried to find stuff. The boss fights were all repeated QTE's, and the cover shooting was pretty average. However, I really do want to see a sequel because I love the story, theme, and setting. I think they nailed that. So if they can bring the actual gameplay to be fun, longer, and more engaging then it would be a great title. The vis...
Ew, who would want those things? I just want a machine I can play fortnight on.
It doesnt deserve an F. It was a shit product from conception to execution. I'm surprised it even lasted this long.
And a handy ever now and then would be nice, but that might be an add on
Lol just stop dude. If it was really capcom then why was it only on the PS4 and not Xbox and PC? And DMCV isnt the only game Sony has added censorship to.
If it's truly just capcom messing up and adding an extra lens flair only on one console, then fine, we can take that up with capcom. But I kinda highly doubt it.
PC gaming is on a large spectrum of users. Only a small percent have the latest and greatest specs. What Google Cloud is presenting is allowing ANYONE with a computer or laptop regardless of specs to play top tier games at high resolution and framerates. Of course it all depends on your internet connection. But I find most people are willing to pay for faster internet rather than spend a grand on a new Nvidia card.
If latency is minimal it won't be so bad in SP games. I...
Oh okay cool.
You realize that the ESRB regulates all games on any system and PC, right?
@Solid
Because ESRB has been doing this for how long? They're the ones set up to handle censorship and apply appropriate ratings on games. Do I think censoring "God" is dumb? Absolutely, but that's been a rule for a long time even on radio if they're using Gods name in vane like saying "God Damn it" they'll bleep the God. Its dumb but the way it is.
MS isnt the one censoring it just because. That's the difference. E...
Well this is by ESRB, the organization that is supposed to censor games depending on the rating devs want. Sony is going above and beyond what the ESRB approves and adds additional censoring. Two completely different things happening here.
MS could likely keep those words in the game if they wanted to rated M, but I'm sure they want to keep the T rating so they have to censor.
I just hope hope hope that the trailers aren't so completely different than the actual story this time. Hopefully 343 learned a lesson with Halo 5 because the ads and trailers were more epic then their actual campaign.
