Because money, because they are great working with each other, because Insomniac knocked spiderman out of the park and they want to secure the dev for future sequels.
He means all the articles we were getting saying Sony was switching to focus more on the hardcore gaming audience, but now we get this article saying they're switching to focus on a broader audience.
I already explained the differences, and I was never one to defend RDR2's tedious at times mechanics. So if we are calling out RDR2, why are we clapping and applauding what we just saw here which seemed to me much more intrusive. How is stopping your game to cradle your crying baby with motion controls going to be fun when the baby will cry if you run to fast for too long or take damage? The horse is literally seconds to sooth if it freaks out and you don't need to stop and use some t...
So grass sprouting from his feet okay, I guess it's not completely devoid of some life, but not really exciting or anything.
But isn't this game set in a world where it's very barren, animals have died, humanity is barely holding on? I mean, if there was ever a reason to have an empty open world then it would be this.
"Be honest, if it weren't for the hype of the game for Kojima, or it being PS exclusive, would you even bother commenting? Those two things get some people excited for the game, yet since some are opposed to one or both of the things I mentioned, they have to make it a point to say that it's worse than it may actually be."
I own a PS4 since launch and now own a PS4 Pro with a PSVR, I have played all MGS games. I have no negative bias against PS4 games or K...
Unfortunately even MGSV world was barren outside of the settlements where you repeated missions over and over. I really hope he didn't keep that similar open world formula...
I get that, but Kojima's ego is getting out of control here that he can literally piss on his fans with this trailer and they cheer for him lol There is always next conference to hopefully see something worth while gameplay wise.
I think the visuals, the graphics, the motion capture, the cast and the weird story are great and that has me intrigued, but I really wanted some solid gameplay to show me what I'll be doing outside of the story moments. This wasn't it man, I had a lot of doubts about this games gameplay and this was literally a piss poor showing.
First, I never praised any of that stuff and it got plenty of flak from the actual player masses. Second, to sooth the horse it was literally a button press, you didn't need to stop and cradle the horse with motion controls. As for the resting and such, it all depends on the balance. With RDR2 you could go a long time without needing to rest or sleep, and you had items that you could take to refill the statuses that sleep would do as well. Now it could be just for this trailer, but it loo...
Looks so damn bad lol Kojima is literally taking the piss with his audience. having to stop, sleep, rest, and pee? And then if you get injured or run to much you'll have to stop and sooth and cradle the baby using the controller? GTFO. Terrible gameplay presentation.
That's because Insomniac wanted to keep the IP rights and Sony wanted to own it. MS let them keep the IP right and that's why it was on Xbox... but I guess in the end... Sony now owns the IP anyway haha
Hopefully! I want a sequel so bad. One of my favorite games this gen.
Fantastic acquisition. I think this means we will be seeing quite a few more Spider-Man games haha Love it.
Eh, looks as jank and uninspired as I thought it would be.
Looks amazing
This looks great. The Dragon Age we deserve.
I highly doubt MS paid 19million just to have DMCV on GamePass...
Then in 2020 you have Wasteland 3, Ori 2, Battletoads, Halo Infinite, Forza 8, Pyschonauts 2, Microsoft Flight Simulator all launching on GamePass as well.
I can't imagine playing this epic game on Switch. The visuals and performance looks ass even if it is a miracle the game even runs on the thing.
