So weird, I had a dream last night about a new Batman game haha. Batman gets stuck in Rapture with the Joker, was crazy as hell!
Anyway, over the moon, hopefully this means we can expect an announcement by or before E3. I've been dying for a new Rocksteady Batman game :D

The 8 minute gameplay video screamed Assassin's Creed in terms of climbing and parkour right down to the animation. There was even one of those ropes across two buildings that looked identical to the ones in Assassin's Creed lol. It still had some originality in other aspects though. It'll be unfortunate if the game gets delayed because of this as it looks really good. Hopefully a formal apology is issued due to the lack of acknowledgement and permission?
Sorry, I was a bit unclear, when I meant next gen, that also included PC! I'll try and explain my reasoning.
There aren't a whole lot of AAA titles that came out exclusively to PC (I'm talking TPS, Action/Adventure, 3D RPG type games etc. not the plethora of RTS and strategy titles) last gen and those that did were always limited by having to develop for a variety of lower spec requirements. I am seriously blown away by the visuals of this game. Is what we saw supposedly running on a PS4 devkit actually going to be what we will get? It honestly looks so good that I wouldn't expect it until the end of this gen if we were lucky or maybe early next gen. I guess I've underestimated the visual leap from this gen of 360/PS3/PC visuals to next.

This is shaping up to be the definitive medieval fantasy type RPG to date. Exploring the world, following folklore and rumours of monsters only for them to turn out to be true sounds riveting. If everything is hand crafted, nothing will feel boring.
I wish the PS4 had launched with next gen type RPGS and sandbox games, all the titles so far feel very thin (As best as I can describe it). Infamous Second Son is looking great though! Can't wait to see what Sony reveals this ...
God I hope their next console isn't just newer hardware meeting the power of the PS4/Xbox One as Sony/Microsoft go into their PS5/X3 4K consoles around the same time.
The premise is great and the visuals look stunning, I say give this completely DIFFERENT developer a chance before jumping the gun. Sega already screwed up ACM, I don't think they're willing to tarnish their reputation by showing a consistent lack of quality with a franchise amongst multiple developers under their wing.

I hadn't given it thought until now, but paint could be a pretty cool power, absorb graffiti off walls and such. I don't know to what extent its use would be but I imagine there'd be quite a few creative ways to do it.

Yes, yes and yes. BK1&2 were such a big part of my childhood, I really hate that Microsoft has such an awesome franchise in their hands and they haven't done squat with it. Nuts and Bolts was okay, but it wasn't a true BK sequel, it was more like Crash/Mario Kart-esque type of game. I didn't like the whole fourth wall thing where they knew they were in a game world as well.
I miss the adventure and what the different types of themed worlds were going to look ...
