@Vegamyster, I don't think anyone would expect it to come out on 360/PS3, they'd have to have a fundamentally HUGE downgrade on the static visuals and CPU based stuffed. I do however see the PS4 and maybe the Xbox One (PS4 touchpad gives it a greater chance because of additional controls) getting a port some time down the line. It'll probably be in late 2015/2016 if they're lucky enough to get them.
@lets_go_gunners, think positive man! It'd be great if St...
I'm aware of that haha, I just didn't know they were doing it for the game. My second question was just conjecture based off that. I know plenty of PC games get given controller support and never come to consoles, but it would pretty awesome for SC to come to the PS4. Well, as long as PC stays as the primary focus for it.
There's controller support? Could the game possibly come to consoles in 2015?
God I hope not. I hate MMOs soooo much, ruins the immersion when everything is hit by lag/constant internet connection, the world limited to static environments and the graphics in general watered down to accommodate others. Not to mention he obnoxious social features constantly bombarding your face. Get f****d. It's such a shame, I always wiki the stories because it's too painful to play through those games. The unfortunate thing is, most of them could EASILY have been made into sing...
So now Bethesda not only releases games filled with bugs, but bans people for making use of them. Nice. Imagine if Skyrim was an online game; erry1 bannd4lyf. Regardless if it was morally right or wrong to use it, the issue is a result of the game not being properly polished and not the players.
That's disturbing. I hope that guy never leaves prison. It's unfortunate that you really never know who's a psychopath until it's too late.
EDIT: I should also add that it's unfortunate it had to be in relation to gaming. Chances are the media is probably going to try and twist it in such a way that will make the console and whatever games the murderer owned, the reason behind such a disgusting action. Instead of whatever deeper psychological issues the g...
Hope to see Battlefield 4 on there for PS4.
That was slightly disappointing, just the Gameinformer screens.
DAMN THAT THUMBNAIL. It looked so real :( haha
This game gives me eyegasms.
Seems like this game won't even be fixed by the time the sequel gets quickly rushed out with even more problems.
No txaa isn't too big of a deal, it does add a slight blur to the entire image as well and MSAA tends to be better, of course with a greater toll on your card.
This+Oculus+ExpensiveJoystick = Never leaving the house.
F*ck. So glad I have a high end rig (Gtx 690 bby).
This boss battle is actually really quick and easy if you do it right. It took me a little while on my first playthrough, but I did it so fast on my second one, on expert! I guess the game is piss easy in general but still:
Just max out your neon before you start, and hold on to the ledges behind the hovering platforms and keep shooting him, use all your Neon missiles as well and recharge. As soon as he starts to move, kill as many of the flying angels as they go across. Rins...
Awesome, shame they wouldn't at least do a basic port to current gen consoles. Will play this on PC then.
I remember the craze over the water effects in the first Bioshock, it was so immersive and realistic. Hopefully we get a greater water physics this gen. Imagine walking over a puddle and your shoe gets wet, or jumping in it and it splashing everywhere and hitting other objects dynamically and such. Then walking on sand or dirt and getting mud. Imagine open world games with floods, tsunamis, hail, hurricanes, thunderstorms and tornadoes all working dynamically. I really hoped AC 4 had water ph...
Yeah I know, I was going to say something but typed my comment quickly. Even though you can override settings outside of the game, it's still an unnecessary obstacle. Did they keep it out because of general PC users? It is called advanced video settings for a reason haha. I'm not too fussed but when developers do this, it makes me think 'Oh, so it's just an afterthought console port' which in this case, I guess the game was intended for consoles, but that never stopped a c...
Anti-aliasing just says 'On'? Wtf. You'd think developers would put in more choices. That's just lame and prevents enthusiasts from getting the best out of their systems. Unless of course I've missed something?
I'm sure they could figure something out. It is unfortunate that MS/Sony are such tightasses with that kind of stuff.
