Some people take the Internet far too seriously.
I still prefer Snake 2.
If the Ipad 2 has half the power of current generation consoles then the Vita must nearly be equal to current generation consoles.. :O
The fact that you have 6 disagrees makes me sick, what the hell is wrong with some members here?
'Maybe people will actually use it.'
People use it now, it's always crowded everytime I visit.
That's because Home is still in it's Beta form.
I feel like I've gone back in time!
'Can bluray/Move/price-cut/ save the PS3?'
Thanks guys, now I know the Vita has buttons. ;)
Only? Oh wow...
Don't forget that the Vita OS is designed this way because it's a touch screen device. The PS4 OS will probably look much different.
PS vita system = trophies you've earned on the vita
Playstation network = View the trophies you earned on the vita and the PS3.
That's it really, nothing to get worked up about.
They're not going to include two operating systems, it's your loss really. Missing out on what the vita can offer just because of the menu system? Oh well.
Yeah, it was brought up in their gamescom briefing, the Vita will have Skype built in.
It's a nice change from the standard XMB we're all used to.
It's one of the reasons why I can't wait for the next Playstation to arrive. The PS3 is a fine piece of equipment but the RAM issue makes it flawed. Hopefully Sony have learned their lesson in time for the PS4.
'bring out a new console thats has the capability.'
That will never work, what happens if one developer makes a game that utilizes more RAM? You'd have a game which would be incompatible with millions of existing consoles. That goes against the very POINT of owning a console.
Your logic is pretty flawed anyway, you're saying you'd buy an updated console just for cross-game chat. What about the people who refuse to upgrade? It would mean t...
@FriedGoat
Probably not, the Vita is a touch screen so I don't think the PS3 would suit having the same kind of OS.
Some kind of update would still be nice though.
I really like the menu system, it suits a touch screen perfectly.
Thankfully I have storage to spare, 500GB upgrade last week. :3
Patrick Stewart has a great voice for narration, so does Morgan Freeman.
