Welcome to the world of technology, things have been that way for many years now...my PS3 will be collecting dust in a few years when the next Playstation gets released..it's just how things are.
Of course Bluray won't have the same life as DVD because DVDs were way ahead of it's time, downloading movies from the internet wasn't as realistic as it is today, but saying that..downloading HD quality movies isn't realistic for many people..so like it or not but Blurays will be around...
Sony uses third party servers while microsoft use their own servers..that's how Sony can offer the PSN for free and it'll remain that way for as long as they use third party servers.

I never said Terminator was a bad game, it's just that too many people seem to be playing it purely because of the easy trophies, making them pointless.
Trophies/Achievements need to be challenging otherwise what's the point? You're supposed to earn them, playing games like Terminator which gets you a platinum in less than 4 hours isn't worth getting because it's too easy..making the whole system pointless.
I welcome hard trophies.
