Slightly misleading title, gamers can play Uncharted 3 and Resistance 3..just not online....yet.
I'm actually shocked, this update is pretty decent for us Europeans.
This one is my favourite design because it looks real;

Yeah, I was all excited when I saw the offers until I realised it was from the US blog. Knowing PlayStation EU we'll get something like Hannah Montana.
You think Microsoft invented gaming achievements?
"No value"
Well to be fair gaming itself has no real value but we do it because it's fun and rewarding. It's no different than spending hours trying to complete a game, you get a sense of accomplishment once you've finished it but then you quickly move on.
PlayBox sounds like some kind of porn channel.
Some JRPGs perhaps?
What? No Killzone 2? I'm shocked;

Just think how long this device would last you though, be able to use it for the rest of this generation on Playstation 3 and then connect it to the next Playstation.
It's just a headset so it's not like it can be quickly outdated.
Oh thanks for clearing that up, does that mean it requires a power socket too?
So the only connection needed is a single HDMI cable that plugs from the headset to the PS3, is that correct?
Well personally I agree, I can't see it working well for movies. Gaming on the other hand is a completely different experience because the social aspects change, two people in the same room wearing headsets can still speak to eachother.
Who said anything about watching movies on it?
Implying he was ever fat?
For me that was the highlight of E3. :)
What would be the point of having NEAR on a console?
How can Kevin Butler leave Sony when he's a character created by them?
Clearly it's a new ad campaign for the Vita.
They do it for the hits, I completely agree with you...they should either change their layout or just be banned from the site.
'Online passes are still a terrible idea.'
I disagree, if you worked as a developer you'd be thinking differently. Why is it okay for consumers to pay less than half for a used game but still have access to everything that people who pay $60 have?
Surely you agree that it's unfair considering these people spend years developing a game, spending millions of dollars and having to pay for the upkeep of servers.
They have to make ...
