I want a modern F-Zero type game, not SOOO crazy, but a mixture of futuristic car, racing tech perhaps, like modern warfare games that throw in some stuff that may or may not ever make it to the assembly line, but with cars.
I know realistic driving sims are all the rage, but I play games more so for the things I COULDN'T ever do in reality to be honest, or wouldn't want/afford to.

One will generally have an easier time producing games at higher native resolutions. There IS no controversy.
And for the PC boys, yes four 1,000.00 dollar video cards in some sort of synchronous set up will be able to do 1,000,000p at 300,000 frames a second, congratulations.

Off topic, but can anyone else confirm in CoD Ghosts, you can WALK (NOT SPRINT/RUN) but WALK in reverse faster than you do WALKING forward??

I've seen a few Cryengine amateur enviros, but why was this one, apart from perhaps doing a good job of recreating the details of the setting in the TV series, looking so... low quality as far as, video settings or something? It's just a "fly-through" isn't it?
So much aliasing and low poly objects and, well it just wasn't very "good" looking in that regard.

Quick and easy
All games focus on certain aspects more than others, put their time and resources here and there. All games. Games that try to push all aspects usually have to make significant overall cuts to quality if they try to have every part of the game world on par with the other, especially early on, this goes for X1, PC, whatever.
After GTAV on last gen though... I can't even imagine what they (all devs) will be able to push at the end of this one... with 16 times the RAM...!!! ...

There's no such thing as a PC gamer, everyone with any phone is using a form of personal computer, or otherwise. Stop creating distinctions where non really exist. Console owners are all PC owners/gamers.
