I just don't wanna buy any classics until they say whether or not they'll offer the same titles in HD. I mean, they got Close Encounters on blu ray, but only SD for purchase...damn Sony, I'm 2 seconds away from getting all the Alien movies I can for download, but don't want to end up getting jipped...!!!
I've gotta big memory stick...wink, wink ;)
Needed gameplay, now I'm unsatisfied and ancy.
DAMN...want to see actual gameplay that you can tell is gameplay...AHHHH!!!
When has Microsoft ever innovated? Didn't Gates earn his fortune by simply "redesigning" someone elses OS?
Misleading article...makes it sound as though the PS3 MUST have installs or the games wouldn't work; it's been stated that it's just the decision of the developers to make the installs mandatory or not.
The 360 on the other hand cannot allow games with mandatory installs even if the devs wanted to owed to the fact that not every 360 SKU has a hard drive (arcade version I believe).
At the end of the day, which I can't believe the article didn't mention, the 360 will r...
I hope I didn't miss something, but I read and re-read this...and I think it might not make any sense at all... sorry.
They should open the beta to everyone though, unless it could somehow harm your system; I'd like to have some portion of Home by now, but I guess I'll just have to settle for great firmware updates for the time being.
I think it's going to be underwhelming for PS3, but I'm hoping for a miracle...I wanted to see stuff about 8 days and that Getaway game, but they, of course, have been put on indefinite hold last I heard.
So if Sony is "canning" titles like those to focus on current projects what new stuff could they possibly be showing (aside from LBP, KZ 2, et cetera)?
Think Conflict Denied Ops minus a thousand and you have this game...bigger waste of bandwith than that time I downloaded what I thought was a video of Anna Cornincoma pole dancing naked.
Wait...you mean they weren't already designed to be inserted into your body...oops, guess the joke's on me ;)
Yes, hopefully they're either still working on more DLC or have enough stashed away to last a while...Yippy! That's right, yippy.
Only the developers that actually take the time to learn the PS3s unique architecture will acquire the ability to make better games, it isn't magic or something where time passes and the games just get better on their own; most half-ass developers will stay that way and perhaps the PS3 Far Cry 2 team is just one of those teams...
Hello people, biological gender is not the issue...it should simply just be a matter of body mass and whether or not this particular game takes into account real-world physical properties, i.e., more muscle (whether male or female or something else entirely) equals more power. So if this game is at all based upon reality and males in the universe of this title are indeed like males in our universe then males would normally prove the more powerful.
The reason YOU are an Xbox fanboy: you claim to be "done" with Sony just when things are getting better, free firmware upgrades, 360 graphics are "bar none" better (very very huge exaggeration), wanting trophy support for games that most of which will see a sequel quite soon and that will most likely have support for trophies.
Over blowing tiny hiccups this way proves you are an Xbox fanboy; work on these a little and you might be able to fool people into thin...
Negative 30% = flat line...? that, after continuous increases in sales over its lifetime by HUNDREDS of percent each year...okay...
Sales would have to decrease as much as they have increased in order for sales to "flat line." Moron.
I agree, there were times where they should have just kept the cut scene going instead of letting you play for a sec then just going right back to cut scene; either way, one great game.
This question should only be for Kojima, it's his story and it's his prerogative to make it how he sees fit; it's not like every game is like this, it's just an end to a story and it needed to be this way to bring things to a close. This wasn't a game about introducing new game play (for the most part) or tons of new characters and story, it was about the end for Snake.
If every game had cut scenes this long, I would be pissed; but this isn't every game, it's MGS4.
PS3 version isn't without problems though, loss of sound, freezes, lag (on occasion).
Yeah, I read something on one of the movies that said something about having 14 days to watch it but only 24 hours after first playback or something.
