My economy better improve otherwise I ain't gonna have money for any games...
What were the "ground breaking" games he spoke of? None of the three consoles have really broken any new ground from what I've seen.
Well Too Human had the whole switching graphics engines debacle and Haze had devs whose goals didn't seem graphics oriented at all which was possibly coupled with a lack of familiarity with the hardware.
Poss. flops for 2009-
360 - Ninja Blade (maybe not)
PS3 - not aware of any really lackluster titles announced for 2009 yet
In that case my grandma has great AI too, cuz she did the same thing the other day when I threw a hot potato at her...
Sorry, meant 1:58-2:03...
What do the shadow "deprovments" have to do with making it a cinematic experience as he stated... I was suggesting the logic of his comments didn't pan out with his statements on the particular visual tidbits he was pointing out.
Listen to some of the other KZ2 videos he's commented on, his statements are usually completely contradictory to what's actually happening. He refers to a bridge area in another video as a sort of "de...
Sorry, I meant 1:58-2:03 or thereabouts, I was looking at the video progress/duration meter.
Seriously, you saw it too right...? At 3:00-3:12, it was downgraded I think.
At 3:00-3:12, when he's talking about the shading on the wall... who else thinks the Preview version is superior?
His comment also didn't make any sense, but that's okay, he's a moron.
The "blurrier" version was more natural looking and the second one looks as though the devs cut some detail for performance sake. It's jaggy and rigid, not at all soft.
So in Euro territories you can't even view the video store on an American account?
Cuz I have an American (I live in the US), Japanese, Australian, and other euro accounts and I get all the benefits....
The latest episode included Calling all Cars full game and a theme... were you talking about something else?
A failing, I think, that many games suffer from... Gears and Gears 2 have Locust just sitting there taking fire without any reaction until they've been hit a prescribed number of times and perform a default "flinch" to taking bullets to the face.
A "demilitarized zone" is a place where there are NO weapons or military personnel/facilities... That tears it, I've always thought that review guy with the grumbly voice and the incessant stuttering was the worst editor at IGN. I can't take his freaking pauses before he says anything... it drives me crazy and I just want to punch him (3:33- "uh, eh,uh..."). I won't even mention all the other moronic comments he made on the footage.
He's probably a really dece...
wahgh langige iz dise "enoguh corrution?"
Blasphemy..
Once again, I'm in agreement with the article, but it's the same old irrefutable argument we (PS3ers) have been preaching for ever and it doesn't become any more capable of distilling Microsoft propaganda from the minds of poor, innocent and unwitting Xbot Fanbiches...
"Aye, fight and you may die, run, and you'll live... at least a while. And dying in your beds, many years from now, would you be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one c...
Whoa! Killzone 2 demo (gamestop pre-order) on Feb 3 and RE5 demo on Feb 5! Yea!!!
360 sales might not break a million in Japan, but at least that many have broken in the US (get it, broken as in RRoD) :)
Even the cheapest one come with WiFi now? Remember back when I got my 20 gig... those were the days.
Not a crossbow, just a nailgun like in FEAR.
I agree, but suggest you should play it on Big Boss difficulty (you HAVE to be sneaky). Still, the game really doesn't give you the impression you SHOULD be sneaky.
Thought they were going to go for a "middle of the battlefield" kind of stealth with Snake getting to strip PMCs or Militia and use their uniforms to blend in with other soldiers, and effect factions by disguising and giving misinformation and all kinds of other tactics but none of those were in there. There...
