Not that I care about this particular game, but it's nice to see that Micro pushed their wallet or their weight onto the publisher's backs to force a simultaneous release as so many multiplat PS3 version games have had to follow behind their 360 counterparts by months sometimes...
Finally, I got tired of playing all those Dog Groomer games; I mean, I enjoy grooming virtual pooches as the next guy, but come on, Dog Groomer XII was practically a clone of DG XI but with more shampoo options and improved combing mechanics.
All I can say is, as an "outsider" to the series that always looked in awe at FF graphics, I am terribly disinterested after seeing the latest screens (horrible textures) and hearing this game has taken, what, an unbelievable five years to develop!
As a potential newcomer to the series, I have to go by what I see and as the fighting mechanics aren't that motivating of a factor for me, the graphics have to be top and so far they don't seem to be.

Excellent assessment, but I'd give Wet a 5/10 (no mercy for mediocre games any more) and the Airplane one was pathetic even if you're an enthusiast.

Forgot about Dirt2, but Little Ninjas is fun, sort of the Violent/Cute-sy genre, but not as violent as Fat Princess by any means.
ONLY get the Little Ninjas demo, the others are not worth it:
1) Little Ninjas
(avoid)
2) Wet
3) Crappy Airplane Game
I guess it's good, but GTAIV and Fallout DLC is coming WAAAAAY too late for me, especially with other FULL games to replace them utterly... Borderlands and eventually RAGE to sub for Fallout 3 and I never cared much for GTAIV to begin with; good for anyone who doesn't plan to get any new games though.
BUT, we still never get to see scenes like the ones described in this article.
And because it is so difficult to really grasp ALL of what is in a player's control in the scenes we have been shown it's no wonder people still don't have a great idea about the game.
The new video with the detective (see it a IGN, roughly 3:48 min/sec runtime), it appears the player is only in control of verbal responses and the detective's arms.. now that's fine, but is Mr. Cage suggest...
I know everyone's gonna say, "fix the current system before trying to reduce the system," but a redesign might be just what the 360 engineers need to add whatever it is to solve the existing problems while simultaneously reducing overall costs from material and so forth.
Bet Micro has a new 360 sku in the works which includes the Natal Module (as I just now coined the term) by default, is reduced in size, may include a slot-loading drive in place of the current tray-loa...
