Truthfully, Nazi zombies is ALL CoD 5 had going for it, the only redeeming quality which is NOT enough to base a game on for any discerning gamer that doesn't mind being accosted by all their friends who are busy playing such a mediocre title.

I agree, but Sony's backlog is literally thousands of games... I'm glad we're getting new stuff, but you're right that it couldn't hurt to put out a few more sequels to some of those beloved PS2 games.
