I own both, and I can honestly say that I am having more fun with my xb1 than the ps4. More exciting games, more exciting software, more things to do.

I think the whole "neither lineup is spectacular" is a copout. The xb1 has a VERY good and diverse next gen title lineup, and so far the games have been getting above average review scores.
You are going to get your random "dis article" but that just comes with the territory, some of these websites need clicks to survive.
There is not one game that will get a perfect score all the way around, simply because there will always be sites that want to go against the grain.
You could produce the "perfect game", but there will always be that one or 2 sites that grade the game low just to stand out be different and draw attention to themselves.
Not that it really matters to me because I am getting all of the launch exclusives (for ps4 and xb1) but most of the reviews of ...
It sucks that it takes reviews from these websites for some people to see this (not saying its you).
I said this a long time ago. The ps4 is the system to get next year, the xb1 is coming out swinging with some heavy hitters.

I agree that killer instinct will be higher...the only reason I can see them giving this game a low score is because of the amount of characters at launch.
Other than that I don't see why it wont get an 8 or higher.

You are wrong...of course you can get on and button mash like any other fighting game, but a button masher would not stand a chance against me.
That is the beauty of this game, it is accessible for people that want to play, but their is enough skill involved in winning against another skillful opponent to make this new KI a competitive fighting game.
Totally disagree...I think people are saying that they both suck because the ps4 is lacking in new next gen exclusives.
The xbox one has KI, Ryse, Forza and DR3, along with the multiplates. That is a pretty decent lineup of games.

I think the library for the xbox one is big enough. I picked up my ps4 yesterday and played a little bit of warframe and killzone, and I can still say that I am just not that excited.
Killer Instinct, Forza, Ryse, DR3 and technology/UI, literally have me excited to pick up my xbox one.
